Vindictive. That's the only way to categorize the actions of the City of Burbank after they had the power and phone lines cut from Tinhorn Flats, the oldest bar in town. How do we know it's vindictive and not for medical reasons? Because they did it two days before the ban on indoor dining was to be lifted... “You will comply.” That’s the message the city of Burbank is sending to Tinhorn Flats Saloon & Grill as well as every resident in their city. Anyone who is willing to cross them, as the oldest bar in the city has been...

We are doomed, I think, if Americans come to believe that ours is an ignoble country, and has been since its founding. I don’t think any nation has ever thrived when it (or its ruling class) lost faith to that degree. Yet, we have started teaching students that America is, and always has been, ignoble. Has any nation ever done this? I don’t think so. Those ruling classes that lost faith in their country did so on their own, not because they were educated that way. Leftists have sought to subvert faith in their country through the way American History...

Dreamers” will have an easier time receiving home loans from the Biden administration. According to James Fulford of VDARE, the “Dreamers” — illegal aliens whose illegal parents allegedly brought them stateside when they were children — will now be eligible for home loan applications thanks to a change in FHA policy that was brought about right before President Joe Biden took office. Juan Carlos Chavez of The Tampa Bay Times noted that the sudden shift in policy “reflects a contrast in approaches toward immigration by the Biden and Trump administrations.” The previous Trump administration did make genuine efforts to restrict...

What is so interesting about today, March 15, in Christian history? Now I agree this is a bit of a stretch, but in the scheme of things it does makes some sense. If for no other reason than to bring it up for discussion. They say that the more you know the more you do not know, so here is a tidbit to consider. Today is "The Ides of March",which is the fateful day in 44 B.C. when Julius Caesar was assassinated. Why is it interesting to note? Well, the man who succeeded Caesar is Emperor Augustus who brought peace...

The House of Representatives will take up two immigration-related bills this week including one that will give so-called 'DREAMers' a path to citizenship. The second bill would provide a pathway to citizenship for farm workers who are living in the country illegally. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi decided to embrace a piecemeal approach to getting immigration legislation through after taking a whip count earlier this month and discovering President Joe Biden's larger immigration package didn't have the votes. Until then, they'll pass the two stand-alone bills, which passed in the last Congress as well, so to kickstart negotiations in the Senate....

Barack Obama’s plan was never about stopping Iran from obtaining a bomb. It was about realigning American interests in the Middle East in order to remake the Democratic Party at home. Joe Biden’s commitment to reenter the Iran nuclear deal from which Donald Trump withdrew might strike observers as bizarre. After all, Barack Obama’s July 2015 agreement, officially known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), was an expensive and comprehensive failure whose underlying premises have been shown over the past six years to be false. By contrast, Trump’s policy of returning to traditional regional alliance structures—boosting allies and...

Rappers Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion’s performance of the raunchy song “WAP” during the Grammy Awards drew concern from some social media commenters, who said the song was too risque to show on network television. “The left is fine with the disgusting performance Cardi B just gave at the Grammys but Dr. Seuss is too dangerous for our children?” Turning Point USA’s Charlie Kirk tweeted Sunday evening. The two female rappers took the stage during the 63rd Grammy Awards and performed the controversial song, complete with them entangling their legs on a bed and gyrating on screen. Lyrics of...

A Bucks County, Pennsylvania mother allegedly sent deepfake photos and video of her teenage daughter's cheerleading rivals to their coaches in a bid to get them kicked off the team. Investigators say 50-year-old Raffaela Spone was trying to get the girls kicked off the Victory Vipers, in Chalfont. Spone is accused of manipulating photos from the social media accounts of three girls to make it look like they were drinking and smoking, and even digitally altered them to make the girls appear naked. "The suspect is alleged to have taken a real picture and edited it through some photoshopping app...

You are the salt of the earth, but if the salt has lost it's flavor, with what will it be salted? It is then good For nothing, but to be cast out and trampled under people's feet.Matthew 5:13 NHEB Back in the day when I was on staff for two summers at Philmont National Boy Scout Ranch in New Mexico, I noticed one of the local dairy farmers in the town of Cimmaron where Philmont was located had salt blocks in his pasture for his cows. Being a curious lad, I asked him why he has these huge blocks...

The Democratic congressman who reps both sides of the Mario M. Cuomo Bridge is calling on the federal government to investigate concerns about the span’s structural integrity. US Rep. Mondaire Jones (D-NY), who represents Westchester and Rockland counties, recently wrote a letter to Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg, asking him to probe claims reported by the Albany Times-Union earlier this month that bridge contractors “covered up” faulty bolts in the $3.9 billion structure. Jones called on Buttigieg “to open an investigation into these claims and … to work with the New York state Department of Transportation to ensure proper inspections are...

This is VERY disturbing. Originally created, apparently, to inoculate muslims to 'change' their desire for God (or in their case...god...). What's to say this has not been incorporated into any of these new vaccines? Maybe this is the 'great falling away' called for in God's Word, that will occur in the Last Times?

Myanmar security forces killed at least 38 people Sunday in one of the deadliest days since the military seized power in a coup, and declared martial law in six areas after Chinese-funded factories were set on fire. The heaviest casualties were in an industrial suburb of the largest city Yangon, where military and police opened fire on unarmed protesters, killing at least 22, according to the advocacy group the Assistance Association for Political Prisoners (AAPP), which said Hlaingthaya district "became like a battlefield." In one unverified image, a protester can be seen huddling under a makeshift shield as he holds...

Explanation: Yes, but have you ever heard a meteor? Usually, meteors are too far away to make any audible sound. However, a meteor will briefly create an ionization trail that can reflect a distant radio signal. If the geometry is right, you may momentarily hear -- through your radio -- a distant radio station even over static. In the featured video, the sounds of distant radio transmitters were caught reflecting from large meteor trails by a sensitive radio receiver -- at the same time the bright streaks were captured by an all-sky video camera. In the video, the bright paths...

It began with the flicker of a flashlight, muffled voices and the gentle splash of paddles carrying softly across the stillness of the Rio Grande Valley. As the silhouette drew closer to the shore we could suddenly see the bow of a small boat and the faces of women and children peering back at us though the gloom. Moments later the raft reached the riverbank and the dozen or so occupants began clambering on to U.S. soil with dreams of starting a new life in Joe Biden's America. As they stumbled around in the darkness a young woman tripped and...

A massive “street takeover” in the Granada Hills neighborhood of the San Fernando Valley led to 11 arrests and several injuries, including two officers who were hurt while trying to break up the crowd, authorities said. Video of the Saturday night incident shows cars screeching and spewing exhaust as they drive in tight circles, or “doughnuts,” at San Fernando Mission and Balboa boulevards. 21 vehicles were impounded and 25 citations were issued... So-called street takeovers or sideshows involve street racers or members of car clubs taking over a stretch of road or an intersection to perform burnouts, doughnuts and other...

Former Kentucky state Rep. Charles Booker, who unsuccessfully sought the Democratic nomination last year to take on Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.), said on Monday that he is “strongly considering” a bid against Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) next year. “I am strongly considering a run for United States Senate in 2022,” Booker, who campaigned as a progressive in 2020, tweeted. “Good morning.” Booker challenged Amy McGrath, the well-funded former Marine fighter pilot favored by Senate Democratic leadership, in last year’s Democratic Senate primary in Kentucky. McGrath ultimately won the nomination but by a smaller-than-expected 3-point margin. McConnell went on...

There are days when you wake up wanting to conquer the world. Today I woke up like this, like a rebel. With the temptation to do something subversive. Something really transgressive, that breaks the mold, that makes the entire universe feel a chill. Something definitely historical, countercultural, provocative, wild and criminal. Determined to do so, at first my pulse trembled at the thought of possible consequences. Retaliation is becoming more and more prevalent. The stakes are becoming increasingly higher. But I have remained steadfast in the purpose of exercising my freedom, whatever the cost. So, while holding my breath, with...

Free Government is that happy condition wherein government respects and protects the unalienable, Natural Rights of the nation, and makes no law without its consent. In the twilight of free government: People believe voting alone can restore free government. The outward institutional structures of a free people still exist. No matter how corrupted our system becomes, there will always be a congress, federal court system, and a president. Despite the fact that these institutions no longer serve their intended purposes and are thoroughly disconnected from any constitutional restraint, they give the patina of legitimacy to tyranny. Unknown, faceless, unaccountable people...
