A middle school (6-8 grade) in Washington State has a gay and lesbian club as one of their after-school clubs. Some of these students are 11 years old, barely beginning to enter puberty!! This club is listed on their official school website. It is a school sponsored activity with a teacher advisor! We, the tax payers are paying for this! They are using school equipment to chat on-line. Would they allow a Bible study club, or an Eagle Scout club, or maybe a young republican club? This is outrageous!!!

A pair of German volleyball stars who threatened to boycott an upcoming tournament in Qatar have won their case. The wreckage of TWA Flight 800 is set to be destroyed — nearly 25 years after the doomed aircraft crashed off the coast of Long Island, killing all 230 people on board. For the last two decades, the reconstructed Boeing 747 has been housed in a Virginia hangar and used by the National Transportation Safety Board as a training tool for accident investigators. But the federal agency on Monday announced it planned to decommission and destroy the wreckage, as its lease on the 30,000-square-foot Ashburn warehouse is set to expire.

Tucker Carlson sits in his Dr. Evil ox chair at his Fox News hidey hole and looses his mind to come up with inventive new ideas to make CNN hosts apoplectic. Little finger resting on his lip, he squints his eyes and plots ways to trigger them with logic, facts, and ideas. It’s very effective. They wet themselves with regularity. Clean up on aisle 404.Carlson’s segment on who’s spewing disinformation is the latest in a long line of subjects upon which CNN hosts and the rest of the Left are confounded. On his program Tuesday night, Carlson showed his audience why Mark...

The South Korean government has agreed to unlock part of about $9 billion in frozen Iranian assets that were formerly unavailable because of U.S. sanctions on Iran. The Iranian foreign ministry indicated the money would be used to expand humanitarian aid and won’t violate the sanctions.Seoul says that part of the money will be used to pay past-due Iranian dues to the UN.Just coincidentally, Iran seized a South Korean tanker and its crew members last month. I’m sure the unblocking of the assets had nothing to do with Iran taking its ship and people hostage. As soon as South Korea agreed...

If the contagiousness of people without symptoms does not drive the spread of SARS-COV-2, then restrictions like lockdowns and mask mandates on the general public don't make sense. The U.S. Centers for Disease Control slipped in a shocking piece of evidence in a recent report on low in-school COVID-19 transmission that severely undercuts the rationale for most COVID restrictions, including lockdowns. The Jan. 29 report’s conclusion seems to fit the pro-mask narrative, of course: “Schools might be able to safely open with appropriate mitigation efforts [such as masking and not allowing student cohorts to mix] in place.” In the 17 rural Wisconsin...

The recent blackout in Texas in the United States has drawn a lot of attention from all over the world, but not many people know that similar blackouts have happened in many cities in China since the end of last year, nor do they realize the real reason behind it.An in-depth investigation done by The Epoch Times on the structure of electricity consumption in China has led to the conclusion that its fast-growing digital surveillance industry has not only become an important new engine for the Chinese economy, but also competes with residents for power. The omnipresent digital surveillance system...

The Departments of Justice and Education have withdrawn their previous support of a federal lawsuit that seeks to block transgender athletes in Connecticut from competing in interscholastic sports with biological girls. The lawsuit in question was filed in June 2019 by three female athletes against the Connecticut Interscholastic Athletic Conference (CIAC), which administers high school sports in the state. The girls, represented by conservative legal group Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF), argued that the CIAC’s policy of allowing transgender athletes to compete in girls’ sports had deprived them of track titles and scholarship opportunities. According to the ADF, the Biden administration...

here is a sense in the air that the pandemic is winding down, and the toxic culture of division, fear, and hatred along with it. Cases are down dramatically. Deaths too. Hospitalizations are no longer irregular. Restrictions are being repealed. You can follow all the action daily at the CDC’s new and unusually competent landing page on the virus (it only took them a year to build this). Despite all the talk of a new normal and infinite mandates, there is hope that it could all unwind quickly, pushed by force of public impatience and frustration with restrictions, and a...

President Joe Biden signed an executive order on Feb. 24 to bolster the resilience of supply chains for four critical industries following a slew of recent production shortages that have left the United States vulnerable. The executive order will begin a 100-day review of semiconductor chips, pharmaceuticals, rare-earth minerals, and large-capacity batteries used in electric vehicles. While White House officials on Feb. 23 said the action doesn’t target any one country, it will direct the United States to diversify its supply chain reliance on China—one of the dominant players in the rare-earth and pharmaceutical fields. The measures come at a...

A judge dismissed two charges, DWI and reckless driving, against rocker and outspoken Joe Biden supporter Bruce Springsteen, who pleaded guilty to consuming alcohol in an enclosed area, related to his November 14 arrest. He has been fined $540, per Magistrate Judge Anthony Mautone. The “Born in the U.S.A.” singer appeared in court on Wednesday for charges related to his November 14 arrest, which included driving while intoxicated, reckless driving, and consuming alcohol in a closed area. While he initially pleaded “not guilty” to all three charges, prosecutors agreed that there was “enough evidence to prove” he consumed alcohol in...

Two key House Democrats will roll out legislation Thursday that would revoke a lifetime pension and other taxpayer-funded perks from former presidents who are convicted of felonies during or after office. Rep. Sean Patrick Maloney (D-N.Y.), who leads the Democrats’ campaign arm, and Progressive Caucus Chair Pramila Jayapal (D-Wash.) have authored the Restoring and Enforcing Accountability of Presidents (REAP) Act. It would reform the Former Presidents Act of 1958 by stripping past presidents convicted of felony of their $219,200 annual pension, office space and a budget to pay for staff. The legislation does not impact lifetime Secret Service protection for...

If you own a dog, you already know they are masters of sniffing rears. Despite wielding powerful noses that can detect diabetes and even COVID-19, they often prioritize diving into the nearest posterior to make friends as opposed to putting them to good use, but you can’t stop them doing what they love. Steering them in the right direction, researchers from Medical Detection Dogs have concluded a trial for scent dogs detecting the presence of prostate cancer and found they are highly sensitive to the most aggressive forms of the disease. The study, which is published in the journal PLOS...
