Breaking — Louisiana AND Alabama join Texas case before Supreme CourtLouisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry issued the following statement regarding the ongoing controversies over the 2020 federal election and the new motion put forward by the State of Texas before the U.S. Supreme Court. “Millions of Louisiana citizens, and tens of millions of our fellow citizens in the country, have deep concerns regarding the conduct of the 2020 federal elections. Deeply rooted in these concerns is the fact that some states appear to have conducted their elections with a disregard to the U.S. Constitution. Furthermore, many Louisianans have become more...

Actor Matthew McConaughey is making a lot of sense. The actor, who hails from Uvalde, Texas, and eschews left-wing Hollywood to live in Austin, has a new book out and has been making the rounds to talk about it. He recently appeared on Russell Brand’s podcast and laid into Hollywood and the leftist elites.Brand asked the Academy Award winner if he noticed any condemnation of ordinary working people emanating from the elites. McConaughey did not hold back.“[There is] a kind of offhandedness, like, ‘Oh, they’re dumb, they’re voting for Brexit, they’re voting for Trump.’ I don’t like it, and I don’t...

On Sunday, December 6, Hayabusa2 delivered a sample of material from asteroid Ryugu to Earth. Thanks to an agreement between JAXA and NASA, NASA will receive a portion of the Hayabusa2 sample, in exchange for a percentage of the Bennu regolith when it is delivered back to Earth by OSIRIS-REx in 2023. Keiko Nakamura-Messenger, a scientist and collection curator with NASA’s Astromaterials Research and Exploration Science Division (ARES), will oversee the care and safe handling of the U.S. portion of the Hayabusa2 sample. She and her colleagues will go to work inside a brand new lab in Houston built specifically...

“They’re called the Bravest, not the Smartest,” cracked one FDNY member, referring to firefighters who say they will refuse the COVID vaccine. Whatever the reason, that’s the city’s sworn protectors adding to the public’s risks. As The Post’s Sara Dorn reports, a poll found that 55 percent of FDNY firefighters say they’ll skip the shot. First responders are to be offered the vaccine early on, but union boss Andrew Ansbro says some members “don’t want to be on the front of the line.” He notes that 35 percent were already exposed to the virus and thus think they don’t need...

As a general matter, it has always been my view that when you begin a legal argument with a “The Sky is Falling” pronouncement, where the “warning” tells the Court nothing that it does not know already, you are actually insulting the intelligence of the Judge — or in this case the Justices — by wasting time with useless theatrics. This was my reaction to one of the sentences set forth in the opening of the Response filed by the Pennsylvania state defendants to the Emergency Application for Injunctive Relief filed by Congressman Mike Kelly and other Plaintiffs earlier today....

Chris Murphy (D-Conn.), who said he is “pro-choice” on abortion, also said that President-elect Joe Biden (D) “might be right” in his view that “life begins at conception.” On several occasions, Biden has said that “life begins at conception” but he would not interfere with doctors who abort human lives in the womb. At the U.S. Capitol on Tuesday, CNSNews.com asked Senator Murphy, “Do you agree with Joe Biden that life begins at conception?” Sen. Murphy said, “I’m pro-choice, I think it should be up to, you know, every woman and every individual to make that choice on their own.”...

Since the start of the coronavirus pandemic, San Francisco rents have plummeted more than any other major city in the country. The average rent in one San Francisco neighborhood is now to $1,600. Some housing experts even argue the city has turned in to a renter’s market. The mass exodus in San Francisco during the pandemic resulted in more housing supply and less demand but, even after big price drops, San Francisco still retains the title as the most expensive rental market in the country. At $2,700 a month for a one-bedroom apartment, the city tops New York and Los...

The criminal case against General Michael Flynn has finally and officially been dismissed by Federal Judge Emmitt Sullivan in a 43-page long opinion. "It is further ordered that this case be dismissed as moot," Sullivan wrote. The dismissal comes two weeks after President Trump pardoned Flynn. "The President has pardoned General Flynn because he should never have been prosecuted. An independent review of General Flynn’s case by the Department of Justice—conducted by respected career professionals—supports this conclusion. In fact, the Department of Justice has firmly concluded that the charges against General Flynn should be dropped. This Full Pardon achieves that...

(h/t foldspace)Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.Q describes this awakening as follows: "The Great Awakening ('Freedom of Thought’), was designed and created not only as a backchannel to the public (away from the longstanding 'mind’ control of the corrupt & heavily biased media) to endure future events through transparency and regeneration of individual thought (breaking the chains of ‘group-think’),...

European Union leaders have a wish list and a message to pass along to Joe Biden — and in an apparent dig at President Trump, hijacked his best-known slogan in doing so: “We want to Make Multilateralism Great Again.” The 27-member bloc’s executive European Commission on Wednesday unveiled proposals aimed at strengthening the transatlantic partnership under a projected Biden administration, underlining its priorities including combating climate change and a U.S. return to the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Iran nuclear deal. The proposals touch on the strains recent years have seen in the relationship, although without mentioning Trump by...
