Mark saying what many of us here have warned.

The SCOTUS is either ideologically invested in election laws being changed to get their preferred candidate across the line OR are too damn cowardly to get involved.

This so called “Court” doesn’t see that violence is the last resort to an oppressed people who have no civil recourse at their disposal. When it’s all out of control, these idiots can reflect on how in one moment they could have stopped the chaos. One moment, that I fear will cost countless lives, hopefully, some of these “Justices.”

I think Levin is over reacting about the Pennsylvania case. The Court may have just decided to take the Texas case that deals with most of the controversial states, not just one. I really can’t discern much difference between the two cases. The Court is guaranteeing the thing they fear, according to Levin, if they do not act on these cases.

I very much like Levin, but your thinking is the same as mine. I found listening to him depressing, and shut him off like I did Rush last Friday. Because in taking the Texas challenge, they are dealing with several states at once, and that other states are joining the lawsuit it may also make a bigger impact

I turned off Levin today as well. I'm not a lawyer, but it appears to me the Texas case (being joined quickly by many other states) is a much broader case that addresses not just the PA constitutional issues, but issues in three other states as well.

IMHO, this has been a good day for us. Don't know why Levin was so horribly negative. Does he think Clarence Thomas is a coward?

I have major issues with Mark Levin Views on slavery in the south and anti-Semitism but he is on fire today and is being very realistic and people here or not of course that’s how it usually is on free republic
