I read this as the Michigan Supreme Court telling this guy his evidence is substantial, and to refile and contest the audit, and if it comes back to them, they will give it to him. This would be a BIG win!

WASHINGTON — The nation is entering “a very vulnerable period” that could see the number of coronavirus deaths rise rapidly, Dr. Anthony Fauci warned in conversation with Yahoo News on Monday. The warning comes at a time when the virus is already causing widespread devastation, averaging close to 1,500 deaths per day, according to the COVID Tracking Project. About 257,000 people have succumbed in the United States to COVID-19, the disease caused by the coronavirus. Asked if that number could double, Fauci expressed concern about the onset of colder weather and the “sequential holiday seasons” of Thanksgiving, Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa...

Opportunities to congratulate CNN for getting things right don’t often present themselves, so they shouldn’t pass unremarked. On his Saturday show, Michael Smerconish did yeoman’s work dismantling the myth of one social justice martyr while exposing the ignorance of another. Colin Kaepernick, former QB-turned-lefty gadfly, recently took up the cause of Mumia Abu-Jamal a former Black Panther serving a life sentence for the 1981 murder of Philadelphia Police Officer Daniel Faulkner. Mumia has maintained his innocence, and gullible (or ruthless) left-wingers have been calling for Mumia’s release for decades. He was surely framed and railroaded by a racist system, they’ve...

As we recall, following the death of Associate Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg in September, President Donald Trump and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell ignored protestations from Democrats and the liberal media — no; in spite of histrionic Democrats and the hysterical barking hyenas of the liberal media — and successfully powered through the nomination and confirmation of Amy Coney Barrett to fill Ginsburg’s seat. Mission accomplished. Expeditiously so. Then in late October, as reported by the Daily Wire, conservative radio host Hugh Hewitt interviewed McConnell about filling Barrett’s vacated seat on the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, along with other...

US President-elect Joe Biden’s first Cabinet appointments have been seen as welcome news for many leading politicians in Europe. The fact that so many Obama administration alumni, including Biden himself, are set to return to the White House indicates a departure from the often-fraught ties between the US and European Union during the era of Donald Trump. Portugal’s foreign minister, Augusto Santos Silva, told DW that it was important the EU rebuild what he called the “trans-Atlantic bond.” Brussels must “seize the momentum to restore the relationship between the Europeans and the Americans as a relationship of allies,” he said....

Conservative radio host Rush Limbaugh hit the nail on the head once again. On Monday, Limbaugh urged President Donald Trump to hold rallies in Georgia to ensure that the Republican Senate candidates win the runoff election. The two races are particularly crucial because they will determine which party controls the Senate. If Democrats win both seats, it will mean that the Senate be a 50/50 split between them and the Republicans. If former Vice President Joe Biden and Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA) end up winning the election, it would mean that Harris would cast the deciding vote on legislation if...

Mainstream media hypocrisy over coronavirus pandemic-era masks is becoming a trend. Masks for thee but not for me. ABC’s White House correspondent Jonathan Karl may have worn her mask during the White House press briefing, but he promptly removed the facial covering when the cameras were off — or so he thought. A video that was sent to us today shows shortly after White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany finished her briefing, Karl removed his face mask which he had worn during the televised event. Other reporters in the video can be seen also wearing face masks which they did...

My brother and I were both placed into foster homes at a young age. He was lucky—he went to a family called the Ripleys. I went through four different homes in three years, and each one was worse than the next. I’d get to see my brother every few months. Ms. Ripley would take us for lunch at McDonalds, and that’s when she first noticed the scars all over my body. She immediately made arrangements for me to join their family. Back then the word ‘family’ didn’t mean much to me. But the Ripleys made me feel welcome in their...

The promises of the Lord are always “yes and amen.” His promises never change — and that includes his promise about saving the lost. When God commanded us to go into all the world to win souls, he didn’t include an exemption clause: “Preach the gospel of my Son Jesus Christ to all nations — except in hard times.” And he didn’t say, “Believe for the salvation of many — except when there is a great shaking in the world.” Thank God, he has never said the world is too wicked, too hardhearted, too given over to lust to be...

2020: Another Oddity. Wildlife officials in Utah were in a remote area counting sheep from a helicopter when they discovered a shiny metal monolith that looks straight out of a Stanley Kubrick film. It is estimated to be about 10 to 12 feet high, and its glistening surface is in sharp contrast to the large red rocks that surround it. Wednesday’s discovery appears to have been firmly planted in the soil, and not dropped from above. On Instagram, Utah’s highway patrol shared a picture of the bizarre finding with a caption reading: “Counting big horn sheep with DWR this week....

Holy Radar – that’s the Kracken!!! Who knew it is a Department of Defense Cyber Warfare Program? It Tracks Systems and aquires evidence of nefarious activities and crimes committed by The Deep State! When Sidney Powell stated she HAS RELEASED THE KRAKEN, most of us thought of Clash of the Titans and cheered her on for her gutsy remark. She never blinked and held a stern, a serious face when she said it. She wasn’t joking and now we know why! The “Kraken” is a Department of Defense-run cyber warfare program that tracks and hacks various other systems to acquire...

Nov. 23 (UPI) -- Officials in a Canadian town are posting signs with a very important instruction for local drivers: "Do not let moose lick your car." The signs, posted in Jasper, Alberta, ask drivers to keep their vehicles a safe distance from moose to make sure the animals don't get a taste of the road salt that inevitably ends up covering the sides of cars driving through the alpine town. "They're obsessed with salt, it's one of the things they need for the minerals in their body," Jasper National Park spokesman Steve Young told CNN. "They usually get it...

EXCERPT: Joint Session Challenges to Electoral Vote Returns While the tellers announce the results, Members may object to the returns from any individual state as they are announced. Objections to individual state returns must be made in writing by at least one Member each of the Senate and House of Representatives. If an objection meets these requirements, the joint session recesses and the two houses separate and debate the question in their respective chambers for a maximum of two hours. The two houses then vote separately to accept or reject the objection. They then reassemble in joint session, and announce...

Formerly, the point of NASA was to explore outer space. But it has been so grotesquely deranged by moonbattery that it now embraces the opposite mission — preventing space exploration: NASA’s Equity Diversity and Inclusion Working Group (EDIWG) publishes an anti-capitalist, anti-colonialist manifesto which, if followed, would effectively ban the USA from exploration of Mars, our Moon and other planetary bodies. The manifesto is entitled, “Ethical Exploration and the Role of Planetary Protection in Disrupting Colonial Practices.” National Review has details: [T]he EDIWG authors say that human space exploration must be stopped because it represents a continuation of the West’s...

LAS VEGAS (AP) — The Nevada Supreme Court made Joe Biden’s win in the state official on Tuesday, approving the state's final canvass of the Nov. 3 election. The unanimous action by the seven nonpartisan justices sends to Democratic Gov. Steve Sisolak results that will deliver six electoral votes from the western U.S. battleground state to Biden. The court action drew extra scrutiny amid legal efforts by the state GOP and Trump campaign to prevent sending vote-by-mail ballots to all 1.82 million active registered voters and then to stop the counting of the 1.4 million votes that were cast.

If I could give Donald Trump a message I would say, please Mr. President, keep the faith. You have been nothing short of spectacular over the last four years. Your limiting of regulatory overreach so that Americans of all stripes could pursue success and happiness unfettered by government was genius. The result was an economy on fire and record unemployment. Your track record of filling courts with originalist jurists has created a bulwark against the red tide of liberalism. Your willingness to step away from organizations and policies that have been followed for decades to America’s detriment took extraordinary courage....

An education company producing school textbooks and exam papers has revealed guidelines to "flip" gender stereotypes in its products. Pearson, which owns exam board Edexcel and is one of the country's biggest education companies, has asked employees to "avoid unconscious bias" by promoting "women and girls in traditionally masculine roles and vice versa". It says this could include girls dressed as firefighters, astronauts or playing with trucks, and boys watering plants, playing in a pretend kitchen, or performing a dance competition. "Show women as the business owner, painting the house, wearing the lab coat and fixing the car and men...
