An Arizona State University journalism student said she is latest victim of “cancel culture” — having been removed from her role at the school’s radio station for tweeting about Jacob Blake’s past accusations of sexual assault. Rae’Lee Klein, the 21-year-old former station manager of the student-run station, was first targeted last month when she tweeted a New York Post article revealing the details behind Blake’s arrest warrant, she said. “Always more to the story, folks,” Klein tweeted on her personal account with a link to The Post’s story. “Please read this article to get the background of Jacob Blake’s warrant....

With Chicago violence out of control this year, with more than 500 people killed and thousands more shot, including dozens of little children, I watched a depressing demonstration outside Chicago police headquarters on Thursday: Little kids modeling bulletproof backpacks. This is where Chicago is now.

I have been asked to paint the iconographic murals in the new chapel at St. Gregory Palamas Monastery in Perrysville, Ohio. This chapel, dedicated to St. Gregory Palamas, is yet another good example of contemporary Orthodox architecture. It unites the traditional appearance of Byzantine interiors with the familiar exterior detailing of rural vernacular architecture. It was designed by Andrew Gould and built in 2019, in the heart of Amish country. Simple but elegant from the outside, this relatively small building is quite spacious inside, with carefully designed proportions and an attention to detail which characterizes Andrew’s approach to every building...

May the Notorious RBG have eternal rest. That being said, FoxNews reported that Ginsburg supposedly told her granddaughter that it was her last wish that her seat not be filled by this President. If so, it really puts the LIE to ROBERTS’ assertion that there are no Democrat Justices and no Republican Justices. MOST Justices who have been appointed by Republican Presidents have ruled by the Constitution.......except for Souter and now Roberts. The ‘Justices’ who have been appointed by Dem pResidents have ALWAYS ruled to the benefit of the DEMS.

The Senate and the nation mourn the sudden passing of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg and the conclusion of her extraordinary American life. Justice Ginsburg overcame one personal challenge and professional barrier after another. She climbed from a modest Brooklyn upbringing to a seat on our nation’s highest court and into the pages of American history. Justice Ginsburg was thoroughly dedicated to the legal profession and to her 27 years of service on the Supreme Court. Her intelligence and determination earned her respect and admiration throughout the legal world, and indeed throughout the entire nation, which now grieves alongside her family,...

Judge William Pryor, a member of the 11th US Circuit Court of Appeals, is widely considered to be one of the leading potential nominees for the Supreme Court. In a previous statement, Pryor did not mince words when it comes to his feeling about how wrong and far-reaching the Roe case was decided. He once called the high court’s decision in the controversial abortion case of Roe v. Wade the “worst abomination in the history of constitutional law,” according to the court-watching website Above the Law. Meanwhile, Pryor told a Senate panel, “I believe that not only is [Roe] unsupported...

NAIROBI, Kenya — As Catholic groups worldwide divest from fossil fuels, some priests, environmental conservationists and activists in East Africa are resisting an oil pipeline taking shape in their region.
