Known as The City That Never Sleeps, it is not surprising that New York has recently appointed a night mayor -- a public servant employed to govern the city’s nighttime activities. But the nation’s largest city is not the only place with a nightlife. As the sun sets, night brings to all urban centers an entirely different population with a very different set of characteristics. In recent years, there has been a resurgence of young college graduates moving to the downtowns of major cities. While the precise reasons for the shift from suburbanization to urbanization among young professionals are up...

Fierce fighting is taking place around the Syrian border town of Ras al-Ain as Turkish forces continue their offensive in the north-east against the Kurds. Turkey says it has taken the key town, but the Kurdish-led Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) dispute this. The SDF on Saturday called on their Western allies to close off air space to Turkish warplanes. Nearly 50 civilians have reportedly been killed on both sides of the border and more than 100,000 displaced. President Donald Trump's decision to withdraw US troops from the area effectively triggered the Turkish incursion against the SDF - the main Western...

Shepard Smith was the worst thing on Fox News not because he was an anti-Trump leftist, but because he lied and lied and lied, claiming he was not. There are plenty of anti-Trump leftists on Fox News, and that’s a good thing. It is also to the eternal credit of Fox that, unlike its competition on the far left — CNN and MSNBC — Fox actually airs a legitimate diversity of opinions on the issues of the day, most especially President Trump. That was not Shepard Smith. No, rather than come out of the partisan closet, rather than put on...

Many of you dismissed my call for a Hillary Clinton versus Donald Trump rematch as lunacy. “Call me crazy,” I wrote. Some of the more polite responses did. But it definitely caught the attention of Donald Trump. How else to explain his out-of-right-field tweet Tuesday after yours truly wrote that Clinton would make a far stronger 2020 opponent than any of the Democrats now running? “I think that Crooked Hillary Clinton should enter the race to try and steal it away from Uber Left Elizabeth Warren,” the president tweeted. “Only one condition. The Crooked one must explain all of her...

Among hundreds of groups the company has listed on its website as beneficiaries of its political giving are more than a dozen organisations that have campaigned against climate legislation, questioned the need for action, or actively sought to roll back Obama-era environmental protections. The list includes the Competitive Enterprise Institute (CEI), a conservative policy group that was instrumental in convincing the Trump administration to abandon the Paris agreement and has criticised the White House for not dismantling more environmental rules. Google said it was disappointed by the US decision to abandon the global climate deal, but has continued to support...

Amazon Synod: Threat to Brazil’s Sovereignty and a Return to Primitivism Brazil's Imperial Prince denounces Amazonia hysteria as 'the biggest press conspiracy ever against our country' Brazilian royalty, political authorities and tribal leaders have condemned the "politically biased" Amazon Synod as "not proportional to reality or objective facts" and an "indoctrination" pushing for tribal people "to remain in their primitive state." His Imperial Highness Prince Dom Bertrand of Orleans and Braganza "This is the biggest press conspiracy ever made against our country, this is a machine of lies," His Imperial Highness Prince Dom Bertrand of Orleans and Braganza said in a video statement posted on his...

Billionaire Tom Steyer and his wife Kathryn Taylor own an 1,800-acre ranch in California called TomKat Ranch. Like everything Steyer spends his money on, the ranch is intended to change the world. In this case he wants to demonstrate that “regenerative agriculture” can be just as profitable as the factory farming that Steyer believes is destroying the planet. But according to Politico Magazine, Steyer’s experimental ranch isn’t producing all of the desired results thus far:

After President Trump posted the seek records from on his Twitter feed the day prior to this, hundreds of social media users answered with the hastily trending #whereshunter hashtag. One person posted the hashtag on a t-shirt, while others likened the take into narrative Hunter Biden, the son of frail vp and leading Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden, to the fashionable young of us’s e-book series “The set’s Waldo?” An particular person named @Kentucky_Colonel tweeted the hashtag and a plan of Ukraine. Joe Biden’s youngest son is on the center of a widening scandal that started in July when Trump...

Trump's attempts to negotiate better trade deals with China and other foreign countries is, in reality, soliciting foreign interference into the 2020 election. President Trump is cozying up with President Xi trying to persuade Xi to do Trump a favor and do a quid pro quo deal in time to help Trump get himself re-elected. This is obviously a case of Trump abusing the power of his office for personal gain. This is clearly a campaign finance violation. Chairman Schiff must continue holding his secret impeachment hearings with secret testimony from secret witnesses until sufficient secret evidence is 'discovered' and...

LOS ANGELES (AP) — The California Democratic Party has spent more than $800,000 in legal costs tied to three lawsuits alleging discrimination and sexual misconduct by its former chair, Eric Bauman. The Los Angeles Times reports Saturday that the party has paid $430,000 in attorney fees and $378,348 in legal settlements in the three cases. Bauman resigned as party chairman last year amid multiple allegations of excessive drinking and sexual harassment. The lawsuits alleged a culture of sexual misconduct that was "well-known and apparently tolerated" by top party officials

Now the Governor has come up with a unique plan to end the stalemate. Using an obscure state law regulating utility companies through the power of the Public Service Commission, Andrew Cuomo (who helped kill the pipeline project) is simply ordering the utility to hook up the gas lines anyway. But there isn’t enough natural gas in the existing pipeline to keep adding more service points. If they continue to hook up new customers, you’re going to see the backpressure in the lines start dropping during peak demand hours. If you look at the configuration of a typical gas furnace...

[Catholic Caucus] Antonio Socci: The Scourge of Pope Francis Ambiguity and confusion reign under this pontificate The revelations made by Eugenio Scalfari about the personal (mis)beliefs of Pope Bergoglio continue. This week he dropped another bomb. First, the journalist summarized a conversation in his own words: Whoever has had, as I have several times, the fortune of meeting him and speaking to him with the maximum cultural trust, knows that Pope Francis conceives of the Christ as Jesus of Nazareth, man, not God incarnate. Once he has become incarnate, Jesus ceases to be a God and becomes a man up until his death on...

The press conference, live on television, from the Oval Office concluding this round of China trade negotiations was one of the more fascinating events of recent years. Spin, real, or a combination, the love-fest between President Trump and Chinese Vice Premier Liu He, both characterizing this first phase of their deal as not just an economic agreement but an important step forward for world peace, was one of those rare inspirational moments. Could human life really be that way? It's easy to be skeptical--and probably wise with Turkey running roughshod through Syria at this very moment--but we can all be...

On September 10, 2019, San Diego MassResistance brought together outraged parents, citizens, pastors, and others to confront the Chula Vista City Council. They were irate over the Council’s refusal to cancel the “Drag Queen Story Hour” which took place in the city’s public library earlier that day – and the possibility of more such events happening. "I never thought I would use the word politician as a pejorative. I am tonight. Because it was clear that this Drag Queen Story Hour is an attempt to use to use children as pawns in an adult political sexual agenda. Children who are...

Just like he did with far-left CNN, President Trump has just forced the phony, left-wing fact check site Snopes to throw out every standard of professional journalism. In a stunning admission (of what we already knew), Snopes announced Thursday that Trump and British Prime Minister Boris Johnson are such a unique threat to world that “experts must find new ways to reach people.” Which means that — get this — Trump and Johnson must be “countered by the shared stories, experiences and emotions of real people and how they are affected by the big global issues.” “Public austerity measures, for...

(CNN)For more than a year, Joseph Roh illegally manufactured AR-15-style rifles in a warehouse south of Los Angeles. His customers, more than two dozen of whom were legally prohibited from possessing a firearm, could push a button, pull a lever, and walk away a short time later with a fully assembled, untraceable semi-automatic weapon for about $1,000, according to court records. Roh continued his black-market operation despite being warned in person by agents from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives that he was breaking the law. But five years after raiding his business and indicting him, federal authorities...

The kids are out of their minds. They're out in the streets, blocking traffic and dancing around like maniacs because they think the sky is falling. This is entirely the fault of the adults who refuse to tell them the truth about the weather. For decades now the young have been bombarded with climate apocalypse tales of destruction. Meanwhile, not even the climate-change kooks can get their facts straight.

Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation. Q describes this awakening as follows: "The Great Awakening ('Freedom of Thought’), was designed and created not only as a backchannel to the public (away from the longstanding ‘mind’ control of the corrupt & heavily biased media) to endure future events through transparency and regeneration of individual thought (breaking the chains of...
