Russia's Communist leader Gennady Zyuganov has appealed to the Culture Ministry to establish a "full-fledged" museum honoring Soviet dictator Josef Stalin, a news report said. Amid Russia’s economic woes, billions of dollars continue to disappear in offshore havens.
