1. The Obamacare rollout fiasco and Obama's lies hurt Democrats. You only have to look at Democrat Terry McAuliffe's narrow 48 percent to 46 percent margin in Virginia to see that. McAuliffe outspent Republican Ken Cuccinelli by a wide margin (as much as 10-to-1, some bloggers suggested) and was leading 46 percent to 37 percent in the last days of October in the Real Clear Politics average of recent polls on Oct. 31. In Virginia, the state that voted closest to the national average in the last two presidential elections, McAuliffe ended up with 48 percent, 3 percentage points behind...

Needed a laugh this morning and found it in this video of a Dutch interviewer on a show called Boomerang. The show was quite popular, similar to our day time reality shows, as it addressed controversial topics and relationships. On this particular show the host was interviewing two people who had complications following surgery. One of the guests was late and did not meet and speak with the hosts before hand. The interviewer was promptly fired after the show, and his show, Boomerang, was canceled. I challenge you NOT to laugh during this.

The change doesn’t affect Kraft’s plain elbow-shaped macaroni and cheese with “original flavor.” Kraft’s new recipes, which begin shipping early next year, will be for its macaroni and cheese varieties that come in the SpongeBob Squarepants, Halloween and winter shapes. Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius testifies before the Senate Finance Committee on the federal insurance exchange website and other issues related to the Affordable Care Act. Michael Finney says the Michigan Economic Development Corp. has turned over a new leaf. "Gone are wild bets on unproven technologies," the president and CEO of the quasi-governmental and private entity said in a recent press release. US physicists have studied the fluid dynamics of urine "splashback" - and found hygiene tips for men and women. Using high-speed cameras, the team filmed jets of liquid striking toilet walls and studied the resulting spray. Federal lawmakers and state officials are stepping up pressure on insurers to allow consumers whose coverage has been canceled in response to the health overhaul to keep their policies beyond the end of the year.
