COAMO, Puerto Rico (AP) — A blast shook a rural neighborhood in southern Puerto Rico Tuesday, and police said they suspected it was an artillery shell that went astray. No one was hurt by the blast, which left a crater four feet deep and four feet across in a mountainside, police said. LONDON (AP) — Britain's health minister ordered an investigation Tuesday into a report that kidneys were donated to a hospital on the condition that they be given only to a white person. Health Secretary Frank Dobson said he was "appalled'' that there appeared to be a loophole in laws governing transplants that allowed such agreements. US Customs delays supercomputer case Difficulties with US Customs have delayed the arrival of two expert witnesses in a case involving the alleged illegal sale of a supercomputer to a mainland institute developing weapons for the PLA.
