A female molecular geneticist participating in a UC Berkeley debate argued that trans women are not women and should not be legally treated as such, citing examples of women's safety fears of trans women in changing rooms and prisons.
The geneticist argued that legally treating trans women as women, and allowing them into changing rooms and prisons, means women have put a man's comfort ahead of their own safety - claiming that the behavior of men is inherently different than that of women.
'Women have internalized misogyny to the point where the man's comfort takes precedence over the woman's safety,' she said. 'This is the most insane thing that has happened in my life, that women are a feeling now.'

I think that she is saying that women have internalized so deeply the opinion/feeling/fact (you pick) that men are so much more important than women that avoiding causing them any discomfort is more important than their personal safety. Hard to argue with that. Their silence is deafening.
The reason you can’t read the sense of that statement is that it is senseless.
Leftist thought has so beguiled and appropriated the thought process of the majority of women [present company on the Forum exempted] they are unable to recognize plain “threat aversion” is the cause of their discomfort. They know that these people are mentally ill in the great majority and that they are stupid to accept this whole stupid inverted culture. They just can’t admit it.
It’s simpler than that. Most men can kill a woman with their bare hands. Women are correct to be fearful around an obviously insane man. And trannies are obviously insane.

That is an out-of-the-park shot, an excellent way to make the case.

That might be a contributing factor, but I suspect it is a small influence. The women know the situation in universities today. They know they are doomed if they speak up against the lunacy. They know if they speak up they will most likely be kicked off the sports team, booted out of the university, and have their budding careers ruined.
It takes a very strong person to buck that tide, but we are starting to see a few such strong ones.
The author is saying that women have been beaten so hard, so frequently, and so mercilessly by men all their lives that they will acquiesce to anything a man does to them. They are acting like a beaten dog.
It is BS. It gives women no credit.
Which the way I was raised, is a sexist and misogynistic way to look at the issue. That was before political correctness turned meanings of words upside down.
I watched the video. She doesn’t make those two statements at the same time. That’s why they don’t make sense together.
The writer(s) put those two statements together. The molecular geneticist didn’t.
Sure, she might be making an argument from a feminist point of view.
But, those statements make more sense, separately, in proper context, the way she put them.
I’m guessing this means that the “women” who matter (biological men pretending to be women) are not catered to by biological women because mere biological women have been conditioned to hate women, and this hate extends to the most women of women (men who pretend to be women).
The left is more and more perverse and convoluted in its thinking.
Notice how the left is trying to make biological women almost disappear. The only “women” they care about are the Trans guys.

She is referring to women who support men in the woman’s locker room just because the men say they belong there, and they don’t want to commit any micro aggressions against them. These women think so little of themselves that they are willing to put themselves and their sisters at risk. Get it now?
It’s absolutely beyond belief that anyone thinks it okay for biological males to invade women’s locker rooms or rest rooms. Leave the ladies alone
