One poll could be an outlier, but when two resected polls find the same outcome, it’s time to realize that, most likely, something serious is going on.
Rasmussen, whose own daily tracking poll revealed that 34% of black likely voters support President Trump, was initially cautious about interpreting that result, as this response to a tweet by Dineen Borelli shows:

Trump won't get 34% percent of the black vote, not even close, but an increase in just a point or two and he comfortably keeps the swing states he'll need to be re-elected.
I think he will, and possibly much more, maybe even 45%..................
If his actual vote is HALF this much, he is guaranteed re-election
The dems will just double the talk about reparations, and giving free things to descendants of slaves, and those who have dark skin by taking money from descendants of slaveowners, and those who have light skin.
The dems want Blacks down, miserable and dependent on government. Blacks should have moved up the economic ladder, but haven’t, because dems want them to be poor.
They should cry “racist racist racist!” twice as often and twice as loudly. Perhaps people haven’t heard them, yet.
If the dems run anyone other than Joe blacks will just stay home. So by default Trump gets the black advantage.
The ‘Rats will have to have a black person on the 2020 ticket unless they are just going to wait until 2024 to win the White House again. Unfortunately for them, Booker and Harris are pathetic losers who are scarcely blacker than the white candidates.
Not going to celebrate just yet. The recent election losses in KY, VA, and Louisiana had blacks aggregated at 84% Democrat and 8% Republican. If even 15% of blacks had voted GOP, let alone 34%, those KY and LA would be looking at GOP governors by now

And the polls are always a bit difficult to believe these days anyway.
The other factor in this equation is turnout among black voters. If Trump does slightly better among blacks than 2016 and their turnout is no higher, then he has a good chance of winning several states that may have seemed out of reach.
Blacks are waking up to the fact that they are Americans first, and President Trump is on their side, not the rats who want them to stay on the rat plantation and continue to hoe the row.

Maybe another factor is Kanye speaking the truth about life for the black community. If people can come to Christ, and get on board with the concept of nuclear families and involved fathers, amazing things can happen.
Trump could get the vote of every single black person, and yet lose the district by 95%.
It is the Democrat party’s time of reckoning. The Democrats have taken African Americans for granted for too long.
And now the Democrat party are lower than pond scum by using racism and the fear of racism to try to keep African Americans “on the plantation.”
The republican party needs to make an effort to court African Americans. Now is the time!
Remember too, there is a huge black vote in key states, such as Florida, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Michigan. If we see shifts of increasing black support for Trump, these states will again be carried by Trump, and be keys to his re-election.
