I would like to offer my sincerest condolences to the Scalia family after the passing of Justice Scalia. Justice Scalia was a remarkable person and a brilliant Supreme Court Justice, one of the best of all time. His career was defined by his reverence for the Constitution and his legacy of protecting Americans' most cherished freedoms. He was a Justice who did not believe in legislating from the bench and he is a person whom I held in the highest regard and will always greatly respect his intelligence and conviction to uphold the Constitution of our country. My thoughts and prayers are with his family during this time.
“Nice statement. Classy, succinct. Kudos Trump.”
I agree. Right to the point. GO TRUMP GO
she can’t be that liberal if she went to bat for Alito.
Staten Island is in mourning tonight.
gonna meet with some friends later for a beer and a toast. :(
More like surround sound...
It is never too soon to put our local national elected criminals on notice : YOU ARE BEING REPLACED
I have the extreme misfortune of dealing with two of the absolute worst, self-interesteded of them all.
One an import from New Yawk, the carpetbagger, via Marin County.
The other a China opportunist traitor firmly ensconced among the most egregious crony capitalists in historic recent memory.
But they shall both hear from me.
PRECISELY
Cruzers keep stating an abortion ruling. What they do not tell is that she and alito waited until the scotus made a decision on an identicle case from Nebraska. They had no choice but to follow that ruling.
Yeah.... this is TERRIBLE..... I’m just that much closer to selling our house in the suburbs and moving to the ranch we own in se Oklahoma.... going off the grid... and just talking everyday to the cattle.
Bravo Trump!....Heartfelt, sincere!
Their behavior is sick, really.
Mohammad _______..... insert the name of your choice in the blank. It's all the same.
Sadly most Republicans cannot be trusted as far as I can throw them. I am not sure what the public reaction would be towards the Jarrett administration trying to squeeze someone in quickly. The far left will be quite vocal for it.
Trump had every right to disagree with Scalia. But Scalia’s comments came from studies showing that if minorities put into schools where they didn’t really qualify makes them more likely to fail, which we don’t want. In any event, I’m sure Trump gave the right answer for anyone running for office. What else could he say?
Yes, I agree.
Obama will nominate a Muslim...................
Let no crisis go unexploited.
Not only will Obama nominate a Muslim, he will do so with the intent to establish a place for Sharia law under the religious freedom clause of the Constitution.
I believe you.
Too crushed for politics tonight though.
My nephew is graduating law school. The kid’s a genius.
Scalia was his hero too.
A local Italian boy made good and a GREAT American.
Beautiful statement for a beautiful human being. I am just sitting here, shocked..I just can’t believe this man is gone :(
I don’t agree with Trump’s comments.
I am not a big fan of affirmative action.
It seems to me we are introducing people who are not qualified to be in the better schools.
Some may fail, but they aren’t the dangerous ones. You get the C average ones who don’t truly grasp some of the more esoteric material.
They wind up graduating, and wreaking havoc.
You can’t challenge them, because they have their degree.
You can’t explain that people with superior grades make better graduates.
This is lost on the under qualified and their advocates.
“Should be a huge topic at the debate tonight and Cruz will win that debate.”
All the candidates will agree, therefor nothing to debate...
Indeed.
It’s apparently time to plat out the Galt’s Gulch Extension.
“Obama will nominate a Muslim”
Obama will nominate himself.
