A strong performance in last weeks Republican presidential debate has raised former Hewlett-Packard CEO Carly Fiorinas public profile, but not nearly enough to cut into real estate mogul Donald Trumps lead over the rest of the GOP field.
Trump takes 32 percent of the vote among self-identified Republicans and Republican-leaning independents, according to a new Morning Consult tracking poll far ahead of retired neurosurgeon Ben Carsons 12 percent and former Florida Gov. Jeb Bushs 11 percent.
Fiorina finishes in fourth position, at 6 percent, just ahead of Sens. Marco Rubio (Fla.) and Ted Cruz (Texas), who clock in with 5 percent each.
HILLARY should be down there around 6% as well, “under 50%” is still VERY upsetting as far as the future of the country is concerned, IMO.
Gee, and just yesterday Allahpundit and Erick Erickson told us it was going to be a two-man race between Cruz and Rubio now.
LOL
Bloody Megyn just said the reason the polls showing Trump in the lead are not used is because most are internet polls and they are never used. Now something tells me if Fiorina was leading in these polls bloody Megyn would see nothing wrong with them.
It doesn’t matter. All the polls are coming up Trump now and the CNN poll has shown to be just a sad attempt at forming a false narrative. Trump and Carson will both benefit from the media and the political class haranguing them about Muslims. The same old crap isn’t working and nor should it. Why should America care about defending a clearly anti-American President or defending the idea of a Muslim President? I no more want a Muslim president than I want a gay one or a theocratic Christian one.
Another “unreliable” poll out today shows Trump with big lead.
Why are 99% of polls skewed in favor of Trump?
Are you saying the media loves Trump?
Are you saying the corporations running polls favor Trump?
Is that why Trump leads double digits nearly every poll?
Not at all, the pollsters at the beginning will mostly put out accurate poll data, it`s only when they are sick of the answer that they take matters into their own hands. And when they do, as CNN has just done the masses fall for it
Nothing new here they have been doing it for years in crunch time, the democrat is always closing the gap on the final few days etc.
If you think that pollsters do not do this then you are very naive
Rubio is like a little kid that needs a good spanking
Fox is being bombarded with complaints from viewers about their non stop coverage of the CNN poll, I guess Fox thinks CNN is the gold standard... but the thing is Bret Baer closed his show explaining out of the blue why they were doing this, and then later on another program they did it again without any lead up as to why they even brought it up...so Fox is feeling it
I suspect their own poll will reflect CNN so as they can save face, they have their order in, actually I dont believe they ask for a certain poll, the pollster just is aware of the pressure they are under and will no what to do without being asked
A tingle starts running up their leg if they see any poll that shows Trump fading. Fox is on the Fiorina bandwagon now. Last week Bush. He couldn’t knck Trump off so he was thrown under the bus. Same thing for Fiorina is she stalls. Then Kasich. One by one the RINOs will fall by the wayside. Then Trump stands alone, maybe to fight it out with wet-behind-the ears Rubio, who has came out criticizing Trump for for being weak on foreign policy, saying we have to have a man ready on day to take the fight to the terrorist. How much experience did GW Bush or Obama have on foreign policy? Rubio is an idiot. A one trick pony, who thinks he’s the reincarnation of Eisenhower.
Hey you are talking my lingo
Mark Levin agrees with me
Conservative talk radio host Mark Levin said on his show Tuesday that he believes the fix is in to oust real estate mogul Donald Trump as the highest-polling GOP candidate for President. Speaking on his program, which works as a staple for Tea Party conservatives, Levin said there is a national media love fest for Carly Fiorina, which he believes was devised prior to the second primary debate last week: I believe establishment media were poised to declare Carly Fiorina a victor. A victor over Trump. They wanna take down Trump. If Bush cant do it then they hope last...
