A strong performance in last weeks Republican presidential debate has raised former Hewlett-Packard CEO Carly Fiorinas public profile, but not nearly enough to cut into real estate mogul Donald Trumps lead over the rest of the GOP field.
Trump takes 32 percent of the vote among self-identified Republicans and Republican-leaning independents, according to a new Morning Consult tracking poll far ahead of retired neurosurgeon Ben Carsons 12 percent and former Florida Gov. Jeb Bushs 11 percent.
Fiorina finishes in fourth position, at 6 percent, just ahead of Sens. Marco Rubio (Fla.) and Ted Cruz (Texas), who clock in with 5 percent each.

Wonder if this poll will be mentioned by any of the networks? I doubt it.

"The Morning Consult survey polled 4,033 registered voters for an overall margin of error of plus or minus 2 percentage points. A subsample of 1,551 self-identified Republicans and Republican-leaning independents carries a margin of error of plus or minus 2.5 percentage points, while a subsample of 1,761 Democrats and Democratic-leaning independents carries a margin of error of plus or minus 2.3 percentage points." "4,033 registered voters" I believe this is a very reliable poll.

Add Trump, Carson, Fiorina, Cruz and Paul to get the anyone but Jeb vote. It is over 50%.

This is a confirmation of the Zogby poll where T was 33% and horse face was at 7%. The CNN poll measure demorats and republicrats that have no intent to vote in the primary or caucus .In fact, that was 80% of who they polled!! These two polls measure primary voters!!! Actual relevant primary voters!! Trump Rocks!! FioRINO went NOWHERE!!

They can't keep ignoring the obvious.
Like another writer put it, the Wile E. Coyote Media and their Acme Supply Co. schemes tried to bring Trump down many times, and failed. But at least we got some good laughs out of it.
Meanwhile, SS Clinton sinks a little lower in the water with each passing day.
Still popcorn time!

I wonder if that poll methodology means that all 4,033 register voters got to vote on the GOP candidates or was it just the subsample of 1,551 self-identified Republicans and Republican leaning that voted on the GOP candidates.
I couldn't tell from the info provided in the poll.

Carly’s past at HP, Lucent, and the Boxer Senate Race bombarded the Internet through the weekend. I was on multiple sites and almost all of the comments concerning her actions were negative. I couldn’t believe it. News of her got out very quickly, thanks to Trump bringing it out at the debate.
