Isn't that the truth.

Cain, the press will never leave Sarah alone. She’s better doing what she’s been doing.

I agree with your comment about her dirty laundry. Clearly she has been preparing for her run since leaving the governorship. She didn’t retreat, she’s been reloading ever since.

She deals with media attacks quickly, succinctly and very often with memorable phrases that get repeated & noticed.

Through her books and Facebook postings you know where she stands on just about all key issues. She has an excellent position on energy and experience to back it up. She has proven her pro-life position in a way no other candidate can possibly do. She is always giving 1st acknowledgment to the military in every speech. Her son served in the military & she was the executive over the Alaska National Guard. She has gotten visible exposure internationally meeting with Israel, India, England, etc.

Cain appears to be correct on various issues but his big success story is saving Godfather’s Pizza? I don’t think I’ve ever even eaten there. Good intentions but a pretty thin resume IMO.

Palin is tops in the field. But I do have some worries. I wish she would firm up her position on homosexual marriage and homos in the military and state it strongly and carefully...NO to both.

She needs to reach out to the Sierra Club rank and file by attacking the Sierra Club as having a negative overall impact on the environment because the SC opposes efficient big-ticket energy production.

Palin.

As problematic as her negatives are they are eclipsed as Cain has shown a weak, ill prepared hand his first week out.

Consider these three recent things:

1. When he announced over the weekend Cain said we need to read the Constitution and in the next breath quoted the wrong founding document! Video here

2. Cain admitted Monday on Hannity what was obvious, he had no clue what the Palestinian "Right of Return" was about when Chris Wallace asked despite a 2-day news cycle on those issues.

3. In March Cain had said no Muslim could serve in his cabinet, applying a religious test in violation of the Constitution. He backed off later.

Cain would be a sure gift to Obama spelled "four-more-years."

Palin needs to better articulate a no amnesty position. Other than that I like that she hasn't been afraid to go after Obama over the last 21 months. I think she has been working hard to prepare for a run and I'm looking forward to seeing what she has on the campaign trail.

Cain's a good conservative. However anybody who doesn't think the media will go after Cain is being naive. They will tear him apart on the Enron-like Aquila scandal, on his Stage 4 cancer and on his so-called Fair Tax support that won't play well with seniors. Conservatives will go after him on his support for TARP.

I lean toward Palin.

“America needs to have Barack Hussein Obama defeated in November 2012 and nominating candidates that are guaranteed to lose the general election is beyond irrational.”

Oh goodie, lets get Jeb to run, and his momma loves him too. /s

Palin hands down.

Cain may be a good man, but IMO, he is a bit to flippant and a rock and roller for this child.

Cain.

Mind you, this is subject to something horrible/stupid/whatever coming out about Cain in the future. You never know, these days. But although I like Palin, I am not a broken-glass Palin worshipper, and I think her “brand” has been so damaged by the MSM that only true Conservatives will vote for her. Uh, to win an election, you need a coalition. You *need* at least some of the mushy middle to vote for your candidate. And I think Palin would get precious little of that demographic.

Cain, OTOH, has some liabilities (lack of holding political office, his earlier cancer, his age) but frankly, the color of his skin will protect him a little from the MSM. They can’t make fun of him and demonize him like they did Palin without looking racist. I’m sure they will call him an Oreo and an Uncle Tom but those terms are so ridiculous, applied to him, that I don’t think they’ll stick.

So . . . with some reservations . . . Cain.

Yep, but the lamestream did too.

LINK-APRIL 16, 2011

"We're flat broke, but he thinks these solar shingles and really fast trains will magically save us.

So now he's shouting, all aboard the bullet train to bankruptcy."

Well, Mr. President, we’re not going to get used to it. Not now. Not ever.

You ignored us in 2010. But you cannot ignore us in 2012.

Mr. President, you and your cohorts threw all the hatred and all the violence you could at these good folks in Madison, Wisconsin. But you lost here.

And Madison, you defended the 2010 electoral mandate. You are heroes, you are patriots, and when the history of this Tea Party Movement is written, what you accomplished here will not be forgotten.

Your historic stand brought down the curtain on the last election. And the 2012 election begins here.

We will take the courage and the integrity that you showed all of America. We will take it and we will win back our country!

God has shed His grace on thee, America. We will not squander what we have.

We will fight for America! And it starts here in Madison, Wisconsin!

It starts here! It starts now! What better place than the state that hosts the Super Bowl champs to call out the liberal left and let them know:

Mr. President, game on!

Pain. Oh, oops, I mean. Calin. Whatever ...I can’t get it right.

I’ll vote for WHOEVER wins the GOP nom. Anyone but goofball.

I don’t feel it will come down to this choice, however. I feel one will bow out for the other.

I do not expect them to abandon their “Honey”. I just want them to admit they willingly are supporting a baby killing, Jew hater that is a socialist at the least and a Marxist at his core. Having Herman Cain or Allen West as the top of the ticket forces that recognition.
