Could this be the source document for the Kenya birth certificate?

There are some uncanny similarities.

If anything, the Australian one looks more fake. The “S” in the South Australia at the bottom near the crease looks odd and photoshopped. Also the “P” in Page a couple lines further down...also on the crease.

Except that by the time this document was dated Australia had been an independent commonwealth for over 5 decades. Why would they be using the same form as a colony?

You may be right...

Try looking at Archive.org, or any search engine for this document and URL. My initial search shows it is not in an archive, meaning it's VERY RECENTLY added to the internet.

Also, look at the letters ON the folds. They should follow the creases.

I think its a forgery made to look Orly's look fake.
