There are now modified photos of the COLB that broke here yesterday. The changes are so slight, that no one is noticing them.

The changes are so subtle, you can barely tell which one you are looking at.

This modified one is showing jokes like: The Font of the Certificate=Schmutz (A Schmutz is a chump, as in you are a chump) #5733=The number of the Certificate, is code for : "Problem with Windows REGISTRY", a sly reference to your claim that Obama does not appear on the Hawaii Live Birth Registry. 47O44=Easiest of all. BOH's age=47 0=O (if you look close you can tell that that is a Schmutz Font "Oh" not "Zero") EF Lavender is ORGANIC DISH SOAP

The original one does not say EF Lavender, it says KF Lavender. The original one shows the number is: 47,644.

Furthermore, the Bomford paper has 3 horizontal folds, and the Kenyan one has 2 (that I can see). And, those horizontal folds are at different locations on the paper as well.

I have no idea what his problem is with releasing the form. wOOOH!! That took some doing .. converting the pdf attachment to an email .. to a doc .. then to a jpg ... then to my image acct.

AND IT IS E.F. LAVENDER, according to this, same as what I saw since the beginning of the thread rxsid posted.

The ONLY thing we HAVE TO HAVE, Andy .. is the actual LINK of the pdf ... otherwise, it really can't be tied to that site... no chain of custody, so to speak.

I DID NOT get this from the PACER site, I got it from Andy's email to me.

I copied and pasted from the pdf to a Word Doc then saved as a web page in Word and somehow was able to open it in my Picture It program as a photo.

I enlarged it to 95%, gave it some contrast, as it's really light (and it's STILL very light) and some detail increase and uploaded to my online photo account. That's all.

But in my view, we HAVE to have the PACER URL link where you got it, in order to be considered officially from their site and not corrupted or altered.

Well, that’s granted up to a point. But a font that’s illegible because of JPG artifacting at a high level of zoom doesn’t become suddenly more clear at a lower level of zoom, our eyes and minds simply ‘fill in the blanks’ so to speak. In this case, by doing us a favour in reducing the original size of the image down to something more managable, artifacting was introduced that obscures some of the finer details of the image, especially around the serif fonts which make up the bulk of the image.

Well, it’s pretty strange that for a short while the linked image had the K. F. Lavender name at least long enough for several of us to save a copy, then suddenly the URL gets redirected to another version with the word “fake” embedded in the url.
