Yes, you can argue that Barry is not a natural born citizen, but you do not have to be a natural born citizen to qualify for POTUS.
There is nothing in the Constitution requiring that the mother be 18. That comes from a misreading of Hawaii law.

Images on a host can be swapped, as well.
Try this:
— upload an image on any popular image hosting website from your computer (Photobucket, Imageshack, OR if key logger has sent you the username/password, perhaps www.bomford.net)
— post the link for that image on the internet, like Democratic Underground or politijab.com.
— modify the original image on your computer, keeping the same filename as the original
— upload the altered image, WITH THE SAME NAME, to REPLACE the original image on the image hosting website
Also, change the time on your computer to the original time you created the original image to REALLY make a realistic-looking fake -- to the SECOND.
Unless people who saw the original photo took a screenshot or saved the original image on their hard drive, OR if a cache was captured on a search engine, they'll probably never know or realize that the original photo has been changed -- because the URL for the link has not changed
More likely than not, that's how the Bomford birth certificate may have been modified by a DU'er.
Also, stealing passwords via a key logger trojan horse, sent via a self-executing email attachment, is probably how Dr. Taitz's site was hacked. Orly, hun ... when's the last time you ran Spybot - Search and Destroy? You may want to do it again on your flight home to the US, hopefully with the birth certificate in hand ...

Haven’t forgotten about him, there was a big discussion of him back in January, I believe. Some of it got kind of “far out” but the gist of it was that Obama Sr. was involved only because Stanley needed a husband... his actions after the birth could substantiate that assertion. There was also some discussion as to who the real father might be, all well known figures.
Davis (father or simply knowing the truth) could also be the reason that Obama appears extraordinarily well connected, the people who need to know the truth about Obama KNOW the truth. All of this may be beginning to unravel, time will tell.

Where is the chain of custody for the birth docs if they are real? It would be a very short chain. One link.
No responsible lawyer or journalist would present them, much less enter them as court evidence without at least a minimum discussion of where 45 year old docs came from.

You are mixing up Constitutional readings with case law regarding the definition on ‘natural born citizen’. There is nothing, I repeat nothing in the US Constitution requiring the mother be 18 years of age.
The law is clear, if you are born on US soil you are a US Citizen period, a natural born citizen at that. End of story.
If you were born in Kenya, say in 1961 to an American citizen, you are an American citizen, not a natural born citizen, but still eligible for POTUS if you subsequently grow up on US soil.
Barry’s mother at age 18 had fulfilled residence requirements. That she had to have had five years residence after the age 16 to be able to transfer citizenship to her child is complete utter nonsense. That is a misreading of Hawaii law.

That's what's so weird. when you look at the Book page "44" it's clear the font is different.
Why change it, why make it so obvious that it is the same #'s on both yet typed in different fonts?
Hawaii law? Try US Government law.
I never said if he was born in Hawaii he wasn’t a Natural Born Citizen. I think that is for the SCOTUS to determine.
But he was born outside the US to an 18 year old girl, ACCORDING TO FEDERAL LAW, she is not old enough to transfer citizenship. She can petition for Obama to be a citizen, but that would make him NATURALIZED.
You are incorrect not only according to a law you want to summarily dismiss because.... you have an ego? But also the UCLA Law Professor Volkh agrees this law would apply to Stanley Ann Dunham Obama.
Just because it’s not what you want to hear doesn’t make it not true.
