It’s showing clean on my end now as well.
The hosting company has certainly flagged this site as one to watch.
Google and Yahoo! report malware in the last 24 hours on this site.
But I’m showing nothing as of right now.
This is what Google said about their testing:

When I first visited the site it triggered DEP, caused my firewall to lock the connection and my A/V to throw up a warning.
Well if the names can be verified and the info matches the info on page 5573 of the registry volume, I don’t care if the document calls itself “The Republic of Never-Never land” and its printed on a banana peel!

Yikes! I woke up about 30 minutes ago and am trying to wade through this thread.
So far I gather there MAY be a COLB for him from Kenya- but it makes him three years younger than we thought AND it’s not clear this IS authentic.
Mindboggling possibilities- but ironclad proof is the key.

Your link is the Constitution with consolidated amendments to 1999. The dates and content of prior amendments is not indicated. We will need to review the 1963 enactment, if it is online. One hint, however, is that several provisions in the 1999 consolidation indicated that certain changes were to become effective December 12, 1964. The country's name was likely another one of those December 12, 1964 changes. I will keep searching.
If anything, they will attack us with the politics of personal destruction like they did Joe the Plumber, Sarah, etc. They already have established that any angle of the so called “Birthers” is purely motivated by racial hate, etc,,.
The American Public is also our greatest obstacle. 90% of them have no clue that this investigation exists, or they don't know what it is about, nor do they care.
I hope that things will change, but this country is in the shape it is in today because of the generally lazy American Public. It seems like it will take something far more catastrophic than events like this, to wake them up from their coma.

Kev, this is a country of laws. If Obama is proven to be ineligible to hold the office of President in a court of law, he will likely be escorted from the White House by US Marshalls.
There won't even be an impeachment proceeding, because he was never President to begin with. Everything he signed will be null and void, including all legislation.
