The U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. Justice Department today confirmed that documentation challenging Barack Obama's eligibility to be president has arrived and soon will be evaluated.
Confirmation came from DefendOurFreedoms.us, the foundation through which California attorney Orly Taitz has been working on a number of cases that raise questions over Obama's birth location, and therefore his qualifications to be president under the Constitution's demand that the office be occupied only by a "natural born" citizen.
According to the blog , Taitz was informed by Karen Thornton of the Department of Justice that all of the case documents and filings have arrived and have been forwarded to the Office of Solicitor General Elena Kagan, including three dossiers and the Quo Warranto case.
"Coincidently, after Dr. Taitz called me with that update, she received another call from Officer Giaccino at the Supreme Court," the posting said. "Officer Giaccino stated both pleadings have been received and being analyzed now."
The report from the Supreme Court also said the documents that Taitz hand-delivered to Chief Justice John Roberts at his appearance at the University of Idaho a little over a week ago also were at the Supreme Court.
WND has reported on dozens of legal challenges to Obama's status as a "natural born citizen." The Constitution, Article 2, Section 1, states, "No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President."

Something worth considering...
Has Dr. Taitz spoken to any of the other attorneys whose cases were “distributed for Conference” and then rejected? Is it possible that some of those other suits were tampered with, or hidden the way Lightfoot v. Bowen was? I remember Donofrio mentioning something about clerks as well, but can’t recall off-hand.
I just hope those charged with overseeing the clerks in SCOTUS (as well as the Justices themselves) are aware that there are possibly OTHER cases that have been tampered with as well...

PS - My daughters are considering giving up their long-awaited trip to a Comic/Anime Convention which was promised to them over a year ago, and INSTEAD are considering asking us to spend the money to take them to DC in September for the RALLY!!!! (Praise GOD that my children are beginning to see I’m not a nut! My husband is on board now too After all these years of trying to dismiss my concerns - not meanly mind you - the actions of Obama in just his first 60 days in office has turned him into a “believer” where he only thought I was being dramatic before! LOL)

It really makes one think, doesn’t it? Hearing that Scalia didn’t even KNOW about the case REALLY concerns me. Especially when one considers that some cases NEVER hear ANYTHING as a result of these conferences. They are on a list for conference, and then they are on a list stating that they won’t be heard - no explanations given. How in the heck can we be sure that ANY of the cases that appear on that second list were even DISCUSSED? Without a signed affadavidt from one of the justices stating that they discussed it, how do we know some clerk didn’t withhold the documentation, and merely put it on the list of denial?
I really hope we hear that the Attorney General is investigating these clerks ASAP. I can only imagine what they might uncover. Where there is smoke there is fire, and IMHO if they have the guts to interfere with a case that has such importance to our national security then it wasn’t their FIRST SUCH ACT! To ME, it indicates that this is something they have done before, and thought they could get away with it...

A few weeks ago I probably might have agreed with you.
I’m not going to bet ON it happening, and I’m not going to hold my breath. However, this country is not the same in ANY respect as to how it was just 2 months ago... I’ll continue to pray we’re pleasantly surprised versus being resigned to negativity.
I don’t expect Holder to do anything against Obama. They’re bros. you know. Holder owes Obama for his job as AG.
Good point... Maybe we should instead be looking to the FBI? In fact, they just released a statement today about the “stimulus bill”, and bailouts INCREASING economic crimes, and in the same breath they mentioned corrupt politicians...
I would definitely have to educate myself further on how these things could work, but this would indicate to me on the surface to be grounds for calling for an independent prosecutor/investigation due to the conflict-of-interest of nearly EVERYONE related to the Executive and Legislative branches of our government right now...

Starting over includes a new fedgov,
the original Constitution, 10 amendments,
all federal judges out on their asses.
A lifetime ban on anyone who is currently working for the federal government.
