Jay McKinnon, a self-described Department of Homeland Security-trained document specialist, has implicated himself in the production of fraudulent Hawaii birth certificate images similar to the one endorsed as genuine by the Barack Obama campaign, and appearing on the same blog entry where the supposedly authentic document appears.
The evidence of forgery and manipulation of images of official documents, triggered by Israel Insider's revelation of the collection of Hawaii birth certificate images on the Photobucket site and the detective work of independent investigative journalists and imaging professionals in the three weeks since the publication of the images, implicate the Daily Kos, an extreme left blog site, and the Obama campaign, in misleading the public with official-looking but manipulated document images of doubtful provenance.
The perceived unreliability of the image has provoked petitions and widespread demands for Obama to submit for objective inspection the paper versions of the "birth certificate" he claimed in his book Dreams from My Father was in his possession, as well as the paper version of the Certificate of Live Birth for which the image on the Daily Kos and the Obama "Fight the Smears" website was supposedly generated.
Without a valid birth certificate, Obama cannot prove he fulfills the "natural born citizen" requirement of the Constitution, throwing into doubt his eligibility to run for President.
McKinnon, who says he is 25-30 years old, operates a website called OpenDNA.com and uses the OpenDNA screen name on various web sites and blogs, including his comments and diary on The Daily Kos. In recent years he has divided his time between Long Beach, California and Vancouver, British Columbia. He is a Democratic political activist, frequent contributor to the left wing Daily Kos blog, and a fervent Barack Obama supporter.

BTW, this thread has served a purpose: there is 100% certainty that both McCain and Obama are eligible to be President.
The law had been changed by the time McCain was born.
That said, the 1790 law does give insight into what the authors of the Constitution meant by "natural born citizen". However, IIRC, that law only provided for the case of the father being a US citizen, as was common in the laws of other countries at the time (1790). So that law, if it applied, which it can't directly because Congress cannot define the meaning of terms in the Constitution, else they could change the meaning of "keep and bear" to mean strictly in a state militia context by a simple law, which would override the meaning understood at the time. Just as the later immigration laws could change the definition of "natural born citizen" from that understood by the authors and ratifiers of the Constitution. Under the law in effect at the time, if BHO was born overseas of a legally unwed mother, who had not lived in the US for 5 years after her 14th (or 16th I can't remember which was in effect in '61) then he would not be a "natural born" citizen, even though he could have been sponsored for citizenship by citizen ship by his mother, a US citizen, or could have been fraudulently registered as having been born in the US. We don't know enough yet to know which it is.
What I'd like is for both Obama and McCain to be declared ineligible, and then we'd get a really weird "do over" of a really weird primary election season. But I don't expect to get that.
I have no idea what his problem is, but he does seem to have a problem, and, as is often the case when attempting to conceal something, conjecture and assumptions as the result of concealment, are generally far more ‘interesting’ (and often quite wild)...but who is responsible?

If the document on the obama website WAS legit, it has been invalidated by the blocking out of the certificate number. Why?
It cannot be for the sake of privacy. We know who he is!
Even now, fightthesmears could easily include the actual certificate number. If it were mine, and I had nothing to hide, I would do that immediately.
It appears that the first few numbers relate to a County Code and a Year...the last numbers relate to the individual.

The second video states that he can't run for President if he is a citizen of a country that doesn't respect dual citizenship and it states that he is a citizen of both Kenya and Indonesia.
States he can't be Senator either.

So if he was born before 1961 he could be adopted.

True, but it's less than 3,000 mile to either Seattle or San Francisco. They'd have to refuel anyway, if they wanted to get to Boston or other Northeastern city. So might as well carry passengers from Hawaii to one of those, and passengers from there on to the final destination.
Fortunately the routes from the US west coast to the orient, mostly go up near the north pole, and that route is actually mainly overland. Refueling in Alaska is practical as it doesn't require that much deviation from the great circle. Flying to Australia or New Zealand, you can stop over on any number of Pacific islands, including Hawaii. IN both cases with some deviation from the great circle route. North of it in both cases.
Yes, I’m inclined to believe that birthdate is correct.
Also the site removed 1972 from the sentence right after Calpernia and I found it there.
Article had said that Maya remembers she was 9 in 1972 when her parents divorced.
Then it changed fast with a site update.

If she was born in 1970 and is indeed 9 years younger than Obama wouldn't that have been in the 1968-1972 time period when her mother was supposed to have been in Indonesia with Lolo according to the Obama file?
Could they have said she was born in Hawaii if she was born in Indonesia?
If so could Stanley Ann Dunham have done this maneuver with more than one child?
