Judge George Greer ruled that the State of Florida has no right to take custody of Terri Schiavo, which ruling came hours after an appeal by Terri's parents to re-insert the feeding tube was refused by the U.S. Supreme Court.
Meanwhile, another hearing was scheduled tonight before US District Judge James D. Whittemore .. the same judge who previously heard and denied the request subsequent to the 'de novo' intention of the law past last weekend by the Congress and signed by President Bush, in an effort to confirm that no stone was left unturned before Terri would endure legally sanctioned dehydration until death.
then a small miracle has truly happened because IMUS used to brag about driving his daughter to get an abortion!
Actually happened. A disabled person went to court to be allowed to die, and when she finally won, changed her mind and chose life.
There certainly is hard evidence of widespread corruption by Judge Greer.
The Lord has convicted me in the same way. From now on, I'm a pro-life activist, in whichever way the Lord leads.
I didnt' know about Jodi's mother.. man.. are we the only ones to see an evil pattern here??? Death all around these people!!!
I know of at least one case where a person did just that...they stopped the dehydration, went back to the judge (In FLORIDA!), who ruled she wasn't in her right mind (because of being delirous from thirst), and reordered the dehydration.
God was merciful. She died before they restarted.
We need to protect our handicapped. Too many project their fears of being handicapped on those who are, and would prefer to remove them from their sight. And if it means killing them so they feel better, well that's what they'll justify.
amen Pegita.. hugs.. and good morning..
Could we get a list of Florida State Senators' and Representatives' e-mail addresses, please?
God help us all.
Please tell me this is not true.
Can you inform me as to where you heard or read this And if so, when this occurred? Did someone witness this? And if so, who?
If true:
This is beyond heartbreaking.
And this is satanic.
Nope. Not just a Florida thing at all...but I have seen more stories about bad rulings on dehydration coming out of Florida than other states...I wonder why? Is it because of Terri's case, or because their laws are set up to do this more easily?
I don't know the answer. But the more I learn the more determined I am to act.
Someone in the elevator at work today was complaining about how we shouldn't be forced to watch this debacle on television. I quitely told her I nearly dehydrated to death, know what it feels like (although I was nowhere near where Terri is right now), and before she voices an opinion she oughta try it sometime. She shut up. I would have said more but she got off and the doors closed after her.
To those of you here yesterday...remember what we promised? chins up and forge ahead guys... don't let the enemy make us weak right now....
You said: "Watch Rush Limbaugh somehow starting to cover for the Bush's, in the aftermath of Terri's murder. Trying to blame it all on the Democrats. The White House and the Governor's Mansion in Tallahassee will LOVE that.
But I won't."
I've already heard Rush doing this. You're right. :o(
I hardly ever listen to Rush anymore.
It was on a thread here...forgive me for not going back to look right now. I'm sure you'll see the report again.
I agree, especially if you add in that for us, in the EO church, today we celebrate the Annunciation.
ONe thing is very clear...Greer showed bias to MS's side of the issue for a long long time...Don't they have safeguards under Florida law for this type of thing?
Or is it a case of the judicial good-old-boy network in play?
Yep! Trusting and praising God at the top of my voice. He knows...
I emailed it to him.
Grudge Greer, IMHO, is the prime guilty party is this MURDER. It is he that gave the death order, it is he that disregarded evidence. The crappy husband, the seedy lawyer, and the immoral courts are only accessorys to injustice. It is him, in my mind, will always be the worst of the worst.
