Judge George Greer ruled that the State of Florida has no right to take custody of Terri Schiavo, which ruling came hours after an appeal by Terri's parents to re-insert the feeding tube was refused by the U.S. Supreme Court.

Meanwhile, another hearing was scheduled tonight before US District Judge James D. Whittemore .. the same judge who previously heard and denied the request subsequent to the 'de novo' intention of the law past last weekend by the Congress and signed by President Bush, in an effort to confirm that no stone was left unturned before Terri would endure legally sanctioned dehydration until death.

Michael and his brothers admit they pulled the tube on both their own father and their own mother, and that it took nearly a month for their father to die without food and water. Jodi's mother died while living with Jodi and Michael in their house.

There no longer are any words, O God, that haven't been said ... there no longer are any agonies that we haven't felt ... we praise You that none are needed in times like these. We've long prayed for that one Judge who will finally relent, granting the justice long denied. We've long prayed that those who seek the death of this wounded one, would repent and relent. Their times are in Your hands, O God ... deal with them in accordance with Your love and mercy. Gather Terri and her beloved family and hold them close to Your heart ... shelter them in their deprivation and anguish ... sustain them unto the time when man can no longer torment them, for they are Yours.

Lord, have mercy upon us, in the Name of Jesus, have the mercy upon us that we deny others ... Amen ...

Bork confirmed on Hannity's show yesterday afternoon that people are routinely denied food and water because of "defects" such as down syndrome and Alzheimers. He said we're going to see a lot more of it.

A living will stating we want to live even if needing a feeding tube may not be any defense.

How are they going to press charges against that married couple who imprisoned their children and starved them.

So where we are headed is that as long as the courts say it is ok to imprison someone and starve them then it is OK to do. And what happens when the courts decide the standards by which it is OK to starve someone. Will they pick brunettes next- everyone knows that people would rather live as blondes.
