So where we are headed is that as long as the courts say it is ok to imprison someone and starve them then it is OK to do. And what happens when the courts decide the standards by which it is OK to starve someone. Will they pick brunettes next- everyone knows that people would rather live as blondes.
How will DCF have standing to ever again remove someone from abusive situation?
amdgmary posted a pic with the quote from Felos that basically DCF has no more authority than a person walking down the street. Can you tell me where to look for that quote Mary? I tried google but couldn't come up with the same wording.
