Judge George Greer ruled that the State of Florida has no right to take custody of Terri Schiavo, which ruling came hours after an appeal by Terri's parents to re-insert the feeding tube was refused by the U.S. Supreme Court.
Meanwhile, another hearing was scheduled tonight before US District Judge James D. Whittemore .. the same judge who previously heard and denied the request subsequent to the 'de novo' intention of the law past last weekend by the Congress and signed by President Bush, in an effort to confirm that no stone was left unturned before Terri would endure legally sanctioned dehydration until death.
"I refuse to allow this blatant falsehood to go unchallenged."

The thing that amazes me about Free Republic is the non-compromising insistence on TRUTH.
I've been calling and e-mailing television stations and newspapers that print lies about Terri.
Wish they could all be prosecuted for being incompetent and irrelevant, as Perry Mason used to say.
I am assuming since I thought he was Catholic too that they were married in the Church.
I have been one of the most active people helping Terri's cause.
I took an entire two weeks off work and nearly got fired to help.
I merely defended a guy on another board and Awestruck told me I was a false Christian.

She had to get special permission to marry him?? Oh, no. Too bad, the permission wasn't denied.
I've heard several times that his new woman of over 10 years, also wants a Catholic marriage with the abuser. I fear for her safety and the two children they have. The man is a monster and she is either extremely stupid, or as evil, as he is.
I offer up this Rosary for Terri Schiavo;

Oddly enough, the stinking Judge Greer, also forbids * regular food & water *, which is against Florida law. Greer even forbids Terri's family to give her ice chips. What a monster.
My prayers and respect will always be there for the Schindlers. They are truly an unbelieveable family, who obviously LOVES one another so much.
I'm praying Judge Whittemore will do the right thing, and grant Terri the hydration she so desperately needs. If a *de nova* is granted, I can't imagine Terri ever being held prisoner by HINO Shiavo, again.
I've never heard of anyone enduring more pain and torture, than Terri. The so called women's rights groups, will one day, see how ignorant they have been, for not fighting for Terri's right to live. Nancy Grace now supports Terri. She is an excellent fighter, for those who are victims of abuse and violence.
If ever there was a case of an abusive husband, this one takes the cake. I'm so outraged by the lack of an investigation into Terri's original injury, not to mention all the abuse for the past 15 years. From what Scoop has reported, investigations were STOPPED by those in authority at the DCF, in the past. Absolutely OUTRAGEOUS!!!
However, the important thing right now, is for Judge Whittemore to rule in Terri's favor. Hopefully that will mean, she will be given the Food and Water to help her recover from the torture of the past 7 days. Just getting out of that hedious prison and away from the evil monster, will help Terri so much.

I'm watching IMUS on MSNBC and he is totally supporting Terri and her family.
IMUS is rough on the surface, but has a good heart. He's whole crew also supports Terri.
