As of July 13th, 2020 ALL indoor Church services have been banned in at least 30 counties, even in-home Bible studies, and fellowship. In other counties, fellowship may be limited to 25% capacity or 100 people, whichever is less. Also, singing, chanting, praise, and worship have been banned. However, the exact same order also allows protests.
Under Governor Newsoms latest directive, residents of California can engage in protests and riots, but cannot house a Bible Study with a friend or neighbor.
Liberty Counsel will be filing suit against Gov. Newsom on behalf of Pastor Samuel Rodriguez, who is president of the National Hispanic Christian Leadership Conference (NHCLC). The NHCLC represents 42,000 churches nationwide. Sam is also the senior pastor of churches in Sacramento and Los Angeles. The suit will also include many other churches in California.
On July 13th, 2020 California Governor rolled back the phased reopening as the number of Coronavirus cases rose; Most counties, including Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Orange, and Riverside, will be forced to shutter gyms, houses of worship, hair salons, malls and other businesses under the new order, which is effective immediately and remains in effect indefinitely. Also, offices with nonessential workers in those counties must close.

We will see. There are appeals. Ninth circuit is halfway reasonable now. I think we got it.
I like Thomas Jefferson’s “the tree of liberty needs to be watered with the blood of tyrants... “ IIRC
Feed these godless anarchists tyrant savages in the fire.
Looks like ancient Rome under Nero.
Who is going to enforce that?
Fuhrer Newsom forgot the 1st amendment
Pure evil!
Well? This is what the people of Kalifornia wanted, isn’t it? They elected him.
Ban churches and home worship? What sort of anti-Christ ruling is that?
Fr. Maximilian Kolbe was also a notable exception. In fact, an estimated 3,000 members of the clergy were killed by the NAZI's. Hitler's plans for the Germanization of the East did not allow Catholicism. The actions taken against Polish Catholicism were part of Generalplan Ost which, if carried out, would have eventually eradicated the existence of the Poles.
Be sure to limit the number of cars at the house, shut the blinds, hide the bibles when walking into the house, lower the lights, sing quietly, have a look out person. Can you fricking believe this can/is going on in America???? When will people rise up and say enough is enough?

I personally believe the only reason California is still afloat is the Lord's mercy and He still has a remnant preaching the gospel that are obedient to Him and His word.
But God is not mocked by petty want-to-be tyrants (Psalm 75). California is drowning in debt and the full impact of Newsom's mandated continual shutdown of Newsom's economy are well on the way.
Well? This is what the people of Kalifornia wanted, isnt it? They elected him.
So an elected governor can violate constitutional rights because he was elected? Can he confiscate guns because he was elected?
George Wallace and Southern Democrats used to say governors had the power to segregate their schools and drinking fountains. That was BS then and similar @states rights claims are still BS
Right on, FRiend. I support states' rights but states' rights do not supersede the Constitution.
...but I suspect most Americans would rather clutch their guns in private than try to take back the country in a revolt.
You assume correctly.
Newsom can pass whatever bill he wants but he cannot drive Christ from our hearts.
“For where two or three gather together in My name, there am I with them.”Matthew 18:20
Not that I think Newsom wouldn't do it if he could get away with it, but I've not seen this anywhere else and I've never heard of this source before.
Get off your fat ass Barr, you are becoming Sessions 2.0
Is it okay if we meet outdoors around the Christopher Columbus statue? Or will you send the peaceful Antifa rioters to crack our skulls?
