This is the “monogram” of the Byzantine Rite. It is divided on a large cross on the covers of our Divine Liturgy books. I love to see it. It is also on icons, to signify Jesus Christ in the image.
Myh first set of stoles had that as a monogram. Love it.
I told the kids it mean Jesus Christ - Winnah and Still CHAMPEEN!
I wondered where I had seen it before. Thanks so much.
Christ is definitely the winner in the long race that will end in eternal life for those who believe.
Champion of the poor, too!
