HELP KEEP THE LIGHTS ON: First Quarter '03 FReepathon Now Underway .. Thread 6
.... ...
The Free Republic first quarter '03 FReepathon is now underway!
Our goal for this fundraiser is the same as last quarter: $65,000. We have about $4,000 per month coming in from monthly donors so we will need to raise approx $53,000 to hit the target.
The funds raised through these fundraisers are used to pay our operating costs. Free Republic operates on an approximate $260,000 annual budget (breakdown here) and all funds are provided by donations from FReepers and Lurkers.
Thank you all very much for your continued support.
P.S. We are planning to make FreeRepublic.com email addresses available as a thank you to all who donate at least once per year. This new feature should be ready to go within a few days. We will post a notice and a link for donors to setup their FR email address as soon as it's ready.
Donate to FR and help us keep the lights on for the best political forum on the NET!

Don't forget to add South Dakota to the scoreboard - as you know,
SoDak came through for tiny tommy land!
I will be putting in my $50 in a few minutes, matching a Delaware Freeper's $20 and SoDak's $30.
I know I speak for the entire thinking population of Delaware and South Dakota in thanking these Freepers for preventing a no-show for their states in the 1Q03 FReepathon.

Well said, Ragtime Cowgirl!
Also, nice to re-read the lesser known verses of "America the Beautiful."

Thanks again, SFConservative.
When you make your donation, put in the message space what states you want the donations to be credited to.
We can check the scoreboard and make sure they are there.

Oops, just made the donation identifying the match but I did not state specifically to credit $20 to Delaware and $30 to South Dakota. Can you fix that?
To: SFConservative
I can't, but when Jim checks in, I'll send him a freepmail and he will take care of it. No problem.
I'll follow-up and let you know when they are registered on the Scoreboard.
Thanks again.

I know I speak for the entire thinking population of Delaware and South Dakota in thanking these Freepers for preventing a no-show for their states in the 1Q03 FReepathon. unfortunatley, at least here in Delawre anyway, that is a very small percentage of the population.

86%! That's great!
The $50.00 from California, I believe, should be allocated $30.00 to South Dakota and $20.00 to Delaware.
Please see post #66.
