The Free Republic first quarter '03 FReepathon is now underway! .... Thread 3

Our goal for this fundraiser is the same as last quarter: $65,000. We have about $4,000 per month coming in from monthly donors so we will need to raise approx $53,000 to hit the target.

The funds raised through these fundraisers are used to pay our operating costs. Free Republic operates on an approximate $260,000 annual budget (breakdown here) and all funds are provided by donations from FReepers and Lurkers.

P.S. We are planning to make FreeRepublic.com email addresses available as a thank you to all who donate at least once per year. This new feature should be ready to go within a few days. We will post a notice and a link for donors to setup their FR email address as soon as it's ready.

I'm not sure if the realtor had good news or not.

The contract ends tomorrow and she said she has a colleague with a client that is workingon financing and is interested.

I have to believe her because she is a God loving person. I extended the contract for 30 days to see if anything pans out. If it doesn't we are going to hold off re-listing the house until the weather gets better.

You must have been a very very serious user of those shirts.

I always save those kinds of things after the fact.

My family joined the Clatworthy (he ran against Biden) campaign group in the annual Old Dover Days parade last May and everyone from the campaign was shocked seeing my almost 4 year old wearing the 1996 Clatworthy campaign t-shirt.

I won't deny it it - I'm a junkie when it comes to collecting those kinds of things

I'm the one that is hopeful - it's been over 2 years since we made the decision to move. And over a year and a half that we've had this place on the market.

I never expected that I would still be in Delaware doing a FReepathon in 2003.

I have 4 favorite tees and that is pretty much all I wear. When one of those wear out, I find a new favorite tee. I do not collect anything. I sent the same tees to family members that do collect, so they will be preserved in the family.

But for various and sundry reasons I have relegated them to the stock pile that only comes out on special occasions.

Just a quick peek in to let you know my computer quit.....and it is all of 45 days NEW!!!!!!!!!!!

It was probably that raspberry!

I am on my back-up laptop but lost all my graphics etc. as they are locked inside the other puter. I will have to mine the 'view source' to retrieve.
