MILITARY NEWS WORLD NEWS BREAKING NEWS: Unconfirmed Reports of Pakistan’s Strike Against Iran – What We Know So Far BY NEWSTEAM 1 HOUR AGO SHARE POST 3 MIN Islamabad, Pakistan – Unconfirmed reports have emerged regarding a series of Pakistani raids using ballistic missiles, fighter jets, and artillery targeting terrorist group bases inside Iran as a response to its recent missile attacks.

This development, if true, could mark a significant escalation in cross-border tensions. These reports, which surfaced a few hours ago, suggest that the Pakistani Air Force may have conducted operations against groups it holds responsible for instigating unrest in Pakistan. According to various Pakistani sources, the alleged air raids were centered near the city of Saravan in Eastern Iran, in the Sistan and Baluchistan province, approximately 20 miles from the Pakistan-Iran border. The supposed targets were Baloch fighter camps, possibly including the Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) and the Baloch Liberation Front (BLF). However, these claims remain unverified, without official confirmation from either the Pakistani or the Iranian government.

Pakistan may not want a neighbor with ‘the bomb’.

We expected Israel or the U. S. to take some action, possibly.

Now Pakistan has made one. This may not be all that bad if
Iran gets the snot kicked out of it.

Its adventurism with third party proxies, may disappear
with the U. S. having to do much more.

We don’t know Iran’s full capability at the moment. We
do have a pretty good idea that Pakistan has a reliable
weapon to use, if Iran can’t take a hint.

Very interesting actually...

Populous Sunni Pakistan attacking Iran is a dream come true for the 9/11 Saudis. It appears that the recent deaths of Iran’s top military leadership has resulted in some impetuous, dangerous operations such as attacking Sunni terrorists within Pakistan. Iran would have a serious long term and expensive strategic problem if Pakistan for whatever reason remained hostile. Of course the Saudis will have to fund Pakistan chronically. Don’t forget that before the Iranian supplied Houthis redirected their efforts to support Hamas, they were attacking the Saudis regularly. Confrontation with Pakistan would probably lessen Iranian support to the Houthis.

Not exactly. Its Pakistan vs Baluchis, in this particular case.
The Baluchis are a minority group that live on both sides of the border but mostly in Pakistan. The Baluchis want independence from Pakistan (some of them anyway).
Baluchis are almost all Sunni- 99% or so.

Iran harbors Baluchi separatists.
Baluchis were deeply involved in Al Qaeda. Khalid Sheikh Mohammed is a Baluchi.

Only one side has nukes. The Pakistani government is evil and corrupt but other Muslims don’t like Iranians much, or so I have been told. They could do the world a favor if they nuked Tehran. Best of all, the rest of the ME could not blame either the US or Israel.

Iran is causing all the problems right now.

Iran really seems to have gone off the rails. It's like Hitler attacking every country in sight.

That’s what we’ve been doing with Ukraine.

I guess that is to make a lot more single women for men elsewhere to marry.

This is how world wars get started.
The saying is WW3 will be fought with missiles, while WW4 will be fought with sticks and rocks.
God help us all!

I’ve been wondering since 7 October what is going on in Iran. Do they actually have a viable nuke?

Not far from Straits of Hormuz (Persian Gulf)

“Do they actually have a viable nuke?”
They may, but can they deliver it to where it needs to go?

Iran has money now. Biden unfroze their assets and removed sanctions. Putin has also given them a lot of money.

The old (Carter, Reagan) sanctions regime was there for a reason. The people who have been in charge of Iran since the Shah are too dangerous to be trusted with unlimited funds.
