Arizona Secretary of State and former cartel lawyer Adrian Fontes is reportedly questioning President Trump’s eligibility for the 2024 election in Arizona as he faces politicized indictments from the Biden Regime and upcoming trial dates.
This news comes after Katie Hobbs told a reporter that President Trump should be prosecuted by Arizona for challenging the 2020 presidential election.
The DOJ, Marxist DAs, and crooked state officials are working overtime to put Trump in prison to cover up for the Biden Crime Family and the failed Biden Administration and keep Trump out of the White House.
The accusation raised by Arizona’s Secretary of State is that President Trump “engaged in insurrection or rebellion” and is no longer eligible to hold office.

It's crazy to me that they run around for decades squawking about democracy, every vote counts, count every vote, threats to democracy and so forth and they pull this FASCIST BS. I'm not saying I'm surprised only that it's crazy. Crazy and unAmerican.
You have a good point, hard to imagine any other state that is corrupt as AZ is when it comes to elections. But hey, if the libtards want to start a civil war in any state this is the way to do it.
"Breaking: Arizona Secretary of State Says He’s Figuring Out Whether or Not to Disqualify Trump From 2024 Ballot"
FR: Never Accept the Premise of Your Opponent’s Argument
If Pence and Congress had upheld their oaths to protect the 12th Amendment (12A; electoral vote rules) on J6 by voting to investigate allegations of vote-counting fraud, then all of us would know the following about that amendment. (Consider that Pence and Congress rammed electoral votes on J6 possibly so that 12A would get as little public attention as possible.)
The 12th Amendment reasonably indicates that electors are free to write-in any names for president and vice president that they want to, the only restriction being that both write-in candidates cannot reside in state that elector represents.
Excerpted from 12A:
"The Electors shall meet in their respective states, and vote by ballot for President and Vice-President, one of whom, at least, shall not be an inhabitant of the same state with themselves; they shall name in their ballots the person voted for as President [emphasis added], and in distinct ballots the person voted for as Vice-President, and they shall make distinct lists of all persons voted for as President, and of all persons voted for as Vice- President, and of the number of votes for each, which lists they shall sign and certify, and transmit sealed to the seat of the government of the United States, directed to the President of the Senate, ..."
Patriots need to wake up to the idea that the electoral college is primarily intended to elect wartime Commander-in-Chief of Armed forces, with peacetime power to negotiate treaties.
After all, the electoral college is major overkill for concerns about who runs the peacetime US Mail Service, the mail service one of the very few powers that the states have expressly constitutional given to the feds to dictate peacetime domestic policy.
"Article I, Section 8, Clause 7: To establish Post Offices and post Roads;"
"From the accepted doctrine that the United States is a government of delegated powers, it follows that those not expressly granted, or reasonably to be implied from such as are conferred, are reserved to the states, or to the people. To forestall any suggestion to the contrary, the Tenth Amendment was adopted. The same proposition, otherwise stated, is that powers not granted are prohibited [emphasis added]." —United States v. Butler, 1936.
In other words, most federal domestic policy now is wrongly based on state powers that the very corrupt, constituently undefined political parties that have pirated control of state and federal governments have stolen, and continue to steal, from the states, the political parties evidently having no intention of surrendering state powers back to the states.
That being said, patriots need to get ready ASAP to support hopeful Trump 47 by primarying ALL state and federal, lawmakers and executives, except for MTG, Gaetz (and others?), for the 2024 primaries.
After all, lawmakers and executives continue to show that they do not have the patriotism and leadership skills necessary to find legislative support for effective remedies for unconstitutional government policies.

As previously mentioned, consider that, since one of the very few powers that the states have expressly constitutionally given to the big, bad federal government to dictate peacetime domestic policy is to run the US Mail Service, the worst problem that the country would otherwise be looking at with a new Congress of Trump-supporting freshman lawmakers is arguably a delay with mail delivery.
Trump can endorse candidates from lists that patriots who respect the federal government's constitutionally limited powers provide for him, as long as candidates are not incumbents, candidates also promising to repeal the 16th (direct taxes) and 17th (popular voting for federal senators) Amendments (16&17A) after they win office.
Consider the repealing of 16&17A as part of reparations for taxpayers for having to pay a lifetime of unconstitutional federal taxes, taxes that Congress cannot reasonably justify under its constitutional Article I, Section 8-limited powers and a few other constitutionally enumerated expenses.
"Congress is not empowered to tax for those purposes which are within the exclusive province of the States." —Justice John Marshall, Gibbons v. Ogden, 1824.
“If the tax be not proposed for the common defence, or general welfare, but for other objects, wholly extraneous, (as for instance, for propagating Mahometanism among the Turks, or giving aids and subsidies to a foreign nation, to build palaces for its kings, or erect monuments to its heroes,) it would be wholly indefensible upon constitutional principles [emphases added].” — Justice Joseph Story, Commentaries on the Constitution 2 (1833).
”Simply this, that the care of the property, the liberty, and the life of the citizen, under the solemn sanction of an oath imposed by your Constitution, is in the States and not in the federal government [emphases added]. I have sought to effect no change in that respect in the Constitution of the country.” —John Bingham, Congressional. Globe. 1866, page 1292 (see top half of third column)
Pelosi: "We have to pass the bill so that you can find out what is in it." (non-FR; 6 sec.)
“Cherish, therefore, the spirit of our people, and keep alive their attention. If once they become inattentive to the public affairs, you and I, and Congress and Assemblies, judges and governors, shall all become wolves [emphasis added]. It seems to be the law of our general nature.” - Thomas Jefferson (Letter to Edward Carrington January 16, 1787)
Democrats Are Terrified Of An Educated And Informed Public (3.12.23)
The definition of insanity is reelecting your beloved career state and federal lawmakers and executives over and over again, expecting those same politicians to find remedies for unconstitutional government policies every time.
Patriots, let's not allow ourselves to be fooled for third time in 2024 by the corrupt, constitutionally undefined political parties and likewise corrupt MSM that have pirated control of state and federal governments.
What an educational post. Thanks for posting. I learned a great deal reading it.
It’s total insanity.
Where is SCOTUS? If there is no legit conviction for insurrection - these totalitarian communists can’t do it. I do hope there are some solid 2nd amendment types in AZ ready to appear at the Secy of State’s office in Phoenix
“ We don’t have a free country.‘
Nope. Not in any way, shape or form.
In states without Trump on ballot run “unpledged electors” who vote Trump when electors meet. If a communist bureaucrat tries to stop it, then congress can recognize those electors as being Trump. Pence wont be around, and if GOP controls both chambers Harris cant stop them
Depends on how much the bozo likes his paycheck. Either way, if Trump wants on the ballot, he’ll be on it.
It is.
We’re going to only be allowed to vote for those the establishment approves us voting for
Adrian Fontes has a death wish?
..... Very curious beasts these people are ..... Sadly they will probably get away with this!

In 1860, Democrats in Southern States removed Republican Abraham Lincoln from their ballot in their attempt to keep him from winning the presidency. Their failure to keep from the office lead directly to the Civil War.
Is history about to repeat?
As soon as Roberts retires.
It's playing fine in New America. Biden is paying off student loans and Trump is still a racist. /s
It would come to that, and the situation would put our national ass in a sling. Pro-Trump people would only count states which put Trump on the ballot, and the Bidenistas would only count states with Joe on the ballot. In effect it would be two distinct elections (with some overlap), and neither election result would be truly legitmate. Whichever camp tried to enforce their version of the election outcome would probably faced armed resistance from the other camp.
At that point Constitutional government would have failed and only the military could sort things out.
By this standard, states with Republican governors and legislatures can force Biden off their ballots using unproven accusations of high crimes and misdemeanors.
Biden would have to be impeached by the House and convicted by the Senate with a specific declaration about further public office. That, of course, just is not going to happen.
The dems have publicly and repeatedly claimed that January 6 was an ‘insurrection’. Of course that is absurd, but that is the lie that they are putting out and who, short of the people in their states or the Supreme Court are going to stop them?
This is monsensical posturing
Any attemp to do this will result in court case which will go to the Supreme Court and they will lose and Trump will be on the ballot.
