Little secret : the number carrying away from home is much much higher
Bkmk
That number is off by about 50 million+ just within 500 miles of my house.
Who believes this crapola?
When the purge law in IL takes effect, I may become a conceal carry. Its going to be every person for themselves
I’m planning to once constitutional carry goes into effect on 1/1/23 in Alabama.
I’ll bet they are way underestimating.
I sure wouldn’t tell anyone if I was carrying.
They only think they know how many carry.......many won’t answer or answer no because it’s nobody’s damn business if I have a weapon or not.
I’ve had a CCW for 30 years. In the last few years I’ve stopped carrying routinely because I no longer need to pass through had neighborhoods.
If I sense trouble in the air this would change quickly. As it would for most gun owners.
I went and looked that up - there's a lot of harrumphing going on about how it isn't a purge law. Well, technically it isn't, but the net result will be the same. Turn loose a bunch of criminals, and guess what happens?
And that’s just the criminals.
Apply now..,you might get it by next Thanksgiving.
I feel naked without one.
‘An armed society is a polite society. Manners are good when one may have to back up his acts with his life.’
——Robert A. Heinlein
Never leave home without one.
Well of course I carry. They won’t let me have gun bearers.
Absolutely. During my decades of work before retiring, I encountered numerous co-workers who were carrying, illegally. As an I.T. worker, I've seen handguns in desk drawers, and had co-workers openly show me their handguns - some of them were women carrying in their purse. I always turned a blind eye and left them alone. This, in San Francisco, where only a half dozen permits were issued.
We never leave home without them. 😉
What did they think was going to happen when many police department have been decimated and the Democratic AGs refuse to prosecute criminals? People will defend themselves and their families if the government won’t.
You should carry at home too.
You never know.
