Little secret : the number carrying away from home is much much higher Absolutely. During my decades of work before retiring, I encountered numerous co-workers who were carrying, illegally. As an I.T. worker, I've seen handguns in desk drawers, and had co-workers openly show me their handguns - some of them were women carrying in their purse. I always turned a blind eye and left them alone. This, in San Francisco, where only a half dozen permits were issued.
