The Biden administration on Monday told hospitals that they "must" provide abortion services if the life of the mother is at risk, saying federal law on emergency treatment guidelines preempts state laws in jurisdictions that now ban the procedure without any exceptions following the Supreme Court's decision to end a constitutional right to abortion.
The Department of Health and Human Services cited requirements on medical facilities in the Emergency Medical Treatment and Labor Act...
...department said emergency conditions include "ectopic pregnancy, complications of pregnancy loss, or emergent hypertensive disorders, such as preeclampsia with severe features."
...The department says its guidance doesn't reflect new policy, but merely reminds doctors and providers of their existing obligations under federal law.

Yes, but there will be doctors, the identity of which will be common knowledge in the underground, who would be willing to attest that YOUR pregnancy does indeed risk the life of the mother.
Most of us would agree to an abortion when it comes to rape, incest or when the life of mother is at risk.
Also, most Americans support a ban of abortion after either 15 or 30 weeks.

How many were due to incest?

How many due to rape?

Every pregnancy may potentially kill the mother, the infant, or both. Miscarriages and births that killed both mom and baby were a lot more common in the good old days.
They like to hammer away on that idea in this era: “IF YOU DON’T WANT TO DIE A HORRIBLE DEATH, OR SUFFER UNIMAGINABLY - or have stretch marks - HAVE AN ABORTION!”
