Goes back to what I thought earlier. The left is right now building the narrative of “transphobia” caused this shooting. The issue is always smoke and mirrors to keep the narrative alive. It’s always the fault of normal people, basically.
Read the article. It is amazing to me how they managed to create this apologia for a brown skinned mass murderer in a matter of hours. Can you imagine such a sympathetic account of a white shooter?
Correct. I don’t have any guilt over such events.
Doesn’t mean I don’t occasionally wake up sweating with unbelievably realistic dreams. It’s like reliving the events. Very different than a distinct memory, even.
There was a school resource officer on site and two other officers responded almost immediately. Not only did it not deter the shooter, the officers in question were out gunned and unable to prevent him from carrying out his shooting until more backup arrived.

Beyond the gunman, officials said at least 21 people were killed, including 19 children and two adults, and several others were injured and transported to hospitals for treatment. Abbot didn’t say if he was legal or illegal - only that he lived in Uvalde.
I’ve not seen anywhere that there was an armed resource office on site. Any source for that info?

In Texas the school resource officers are required to be current or former law enforcement officers and are responsible, among other things, for enforcing the law on the school campus. It's certain that they carry firearms as part of the job.
I saw a picture of what people were saying was him, in like a tan mini dress or something on here, different from the ones that have been debunked, does anyone know where that picture is cant seem to find it anymore, maybe not accurate, or maybe they dont want that aspect to be accurate
From my experience normal classroom size runs between 23-30 kids. I’ve been retired for 7 years but when I taught kids with EIP’s usually had team teachers,which would account for the two teachers death.

40 years in teaching has convinced me, particularly the last 20 that educational theory and technique is directed toward girls at the expense of boys. This was not done as a goal but as a result. The classroom snvironment celebrates feminine culture and caters to feminine learning styles and patterns of socialization. Individual work and achievement fell out of favor and was replaced by group activities, something adolescent girls are better at. Funny thing is 30 years ago even feminists did not recognize this and thought that girls were intimidated to be docile. They never looked at the actual outcomes or they would have seen a steady decline in male success. Today in the NYC Metro area there are only three colleges with male majorities out of dozens. Merchant Marine Academy, SUNY Merchant Marine, and United State Military Academy. This is not simply because of female success, but of male failure. Guys getting sick of school. This is leading to other social disasters as educated women have far fewer educated partners available to start families. My solution is, starting in 7th grade return to same sex classrooms geared to the social and learning style strength of males and females. Provide limited joint classroom experience to foster mutual understanding and copperation.

My take is Ramos was a misfit in his culturally "macho" hispanic community. He was a "tranny" engaged in hormone therapy to look more "female". The "bullying" was a result of being a misfit in his cultural community. The arrival of his 18th birthday provided an outlet for revenge on his "tormentors". He legally purchased two AR-15 rifles two days after his 18th birthday. He also purchased body armor. He went prepared to exact revenge on his "community".

Bty, how does a 17 year old, in the so-called impoverished area of Uvalde, who just turned 18, get $1800 to buy a gun??
My first reaction yesterday. Haven't changed my opinion.
