Supreme Court nominee Ketanji Brown Jackson fully disqualified herself from serving on the Supreme Court with one single, yet glaring claim she made during her hearing, radio host Dan Bongino said Wednesday.
On "The Dan Bongino Show", Bongino said that in terms of this claim, the Biden-nominated jurist is either "ignorant or a liar."
According to Bongino, Jackson disqualified herself when she claimed not to be able to define what a woman is.
During Tuesday's confirmation hearing, Sen. Marsha Blackburn, R-Tenn., cited a decision from another liberal justice, the late Ruth Bader Ginsburg, who wrote in U.S. v. Virginia that "supposed inherent differences are no longer accepted as a ground for race or national origin classifications, physical differences between men and women, however, are enduring."
Turning to Jackson, the Tennessean asked if she agreed with Ginsburg that sexes are not "fungible" and asked her for a definition.
Jackson said she couldn't provide a definition for the word "woman" and argued it was because she was not a biologist.

Kudos to Sen. Marsha Blackburn for asking the question. Someone must have made a deep dive into Jackson’s background to be able to smoke her out with such a simple question.

Yes, he was ranked only ~400 in college in the men’s category, but that still likely means he was a top athlete in his high school and I think these poor people your article describes wouldn’t be top male athletes even at high school level, because they grow up with woman’s body.

Biden made it clear he was going to nominate a black woman (apparently “woman” as defined a couple of years ago); at that point it was abundantly clear qualifications/merit had nothing to do with it.
Her confirmation was a done deal once Biden nominated her.
I don’t know that much about her, but isn’t the thing about confirmations, that they require an actual 51 vote majority ... meaning that at least one Republican has to vote for it?
Regardless of what happens with this Durbin kangaroo court there should be a warranty (trial) period for all DC positions, especially SCOTUS. It is simply not right for lifelong appointment of a person with unknown qualities to a position of such power. Maybe what needs to be done is the final advice and consent should be given 6 months to a year after they sit on the court. Without that approval they should be removed and replaced. Just wondering?

What did happen to me is that I had a hysterectomy that I did not need because the idiot Drs did not do the tests that would have said my ovaries werent the problem.
For the vast majority the issue is clearly defined...but there is a section of people that do have a strange issue whereby the legal definition of male female might come into question

Your definition is okay, but I would go with a human being whose twenty-third pair of chromosomes (i.e., the sex chromosomes) are XX, while a man is a human being whose sex chromosomes) are XY.
The reason that I would go down to the DNA-level like this, is that, sadly, a small number of genetic freaks out there who have, for example, XXY or XYY sex chromosomes and are hermaphrodites whose sex organs can get very weird. As such, I’m not totally comfortable with a definition of womanhood that says you’re a woman if you have this or that “part.” No, you might have that particular part and be a hermaphrodite. In reality, though, we’re talking about a very tiny segment of the human population, estimated 0.02% to 0.05%, that can’t clearly be classified as man or woman.
A good follow-up question would be "Does that mean you believe that the differences between the sexes are biological, and they are not just social constructs?"
