I am over producing sex steroids so I have experienced the kinds of questions to try to determine what the heck is wrong with me that doesn’t fit neatly into one category.
Ovarian cancer... Congenital adrenal hyperplasia..acquired adrenal hyperplasia ..adrenal mass...intersex..etc.
If my sex steroids where higher than what they are I could see why someone might identify as a male but have boobs. I am growing a damn beard like a man but not quite at the same rate of hair growth
There is no question that I am a female but I can see where the line might get blurry
This is biological related..not talking about some guy who just feels he is a female and wants a sex change

I think the line is clear with people like “Lia Thomas”, but admit that it might not be with some others.
Hi Rummy chick. Seems we’ve been dealt a similar hand. An endo doc ordered an adrenal scan years ago but I failed to go because of the protocol. (Won’t go into that lol.) He mentioned possible late onset CAH. Have dealt with shaving since I was 18.
