White House press secretary Jen Psaki claimed Friday that President Biden didn’t intend to offend senators by likening them to George Wallace, Bull Connor and Jefferson Davis — but simply meant to compare their actions to those of the infamous white supremacists.
Psaki was pressed at her regular briefing about Biden’s fiery rhetoric at a Tuesday speech in Atlanta, which unsuccessfully sought to convince Democratic senators to set aside the 60-vote legislative filibuster and pass election reforms with a bare majority.

Joe didn’t offend them. Whoever wrote the speech did. He has no idea what he said.
When faced with options, this White House has an uncanny ability to pick the wrong one every single time. I quite literally can’t remember a single time their instincts were proven right. It’s astounding.

This wasn’t Biden off the cuff, it wasnt some old age dementia fantasy. This was a prepared speech, written by a professional speechwriter and approved by his staff. And, most likely, the main themes of it didnt come from Biden at all, but from that controlling committee that “handles” Biden.
I take this to mean that Biden’s retarded speech went over like a lead balloon among everyone in D.C. other than AOC and Maxine Waters.
