Why Bloomberg is the Greatest Threat to Trump’s Re-election
HSA Coalition ^ | 21 Nov 2019 | Daniel Perrin

Michael Bloomberg has plenty of reasons to hide his true intentions and plans.

They are opaque by design for many reasons, one of which is that it gives him multiple options, depending on how things play out.

Is Bloomberg, the possible Presidential candidate, the reason he is “the greatest threat to Trump’s re-election?”

Uh, no.

Is Bloomberg’s money “the greatest threat to Trump’s re-election?”

Again, no.

The greatest threat to Trump’s re-election is Bloomberg’s data project, or as I call it, Bloomberg’s big data machine.

Why is it big? According to media reports, he has spent untold tens of millions of dollars and about a year building it.

Here’s another reason it’s big: when asked which data the Bloomberg big data machine would use, the team building it said very simply: “all the data.” All the data they can vacuum up or buy.

Then he tested his big data machine several weeks ago in the off-year elections.

His team publicly said they tested it state-wide in Virginia. He used his Everytown group (and likely others) to identify new voters, persuade new voters and turn out the vote of friendly new voters. And this November, Virginia set a new record for turnout in an off-year election. The result was a Blue Wave within the borders of Virginia. The Dems crushed the ball.

My guess is Bloomberg also tested the big data machine Pennsylvania too. All the indications are there that Bloomberg did: there was a Blue Wave confined to the borders of Pennsylvania too and Republican ramparts they’ve held since the civil war fell by margins that indicate the success of the Bloomberg big data machine in turning out new voters.

Bloomberg is not a billionaire like Tom Steyer, Howard Schultz or George Soros who deploy money in politics and policy...

He would get white leftists begrudgingly but solidly. He’d lose a ton of minorities, blue collar workers, gun owners and basically get destroyed.

I suspect today’s story Bloomberg has not actually declared candidacy despite completing papers toward it has the unmentioned reason:
He went up the government counter and was too short to reach it with his papers. Officials couldn’t see him below. Forgot his little step stool.

He is listed as 5 feet four inches tall.

And that ain’t much. If you think this horse shit is worth reading you don’t live in or near New York. He would have a tough time breaking 25% west of the Hudson River.

I just don’t see the former mayor of New York City getting past the Rat primary.

If Bloomy somehow captured the nomination, the DNC convention would turn into a mass riot. No doubt in my mind.

Agreed. Pointing to Virginia is a joke. They had gone full Blue for a decade and it was inevitable the statehouse would flip this time. Even with the complete implosion of the governor and other state wide office holders with race and sex scandals, they are solid blue.

LMAO! I want a guy who’ll take my guns and super-sized Big Gulp away to be my next President?

Thanks but no thanks.

New Yorkers elect a mayor then go to sleep until he is term limited out. Just look at the joker they have now! He is universally despised but still re-elected.

Apologies.I read on Free Republic that was his height. Now I found one place sure he is 5 ft.7 and another sure he is 5 ft. 8 and one said “he lied on his driver’s license to say 3 inches taller.” Cannot find any sources past the limited first ones allowed on Google to help leftists.

I apologize if I was wrong. I have no way to get his true height as Wikipedia types are now known to be leftist liars (heard yesterday they admit to being shapers of Wikipedia articles to help liberals look better).

No worries at all. I have seen reports he is my height, too. Either way, he is a midget.

And I think folks are forgetting about Bernie and the Squad, 3 of them at least. Good chance they can convince him to go 3rd party.

And I do not think Bloomberg is a challenge to the President, at all. When he ran for Mayor, he ran against nobodies and his money bought him the position. Watching him in interviews I wonder how the hell he got so rich, because he sounds like an idiot. Completely out of touch with anything.

He’ll play to the big money folks on the coasts, maybe, after that, he’s got nothing.
