So much is written about, and talked about, some ambiguous entity called the “Deep State” but nowhere is there any description of the “Deep State”, any real definition of the “Deep State” and, most importantly, any list of members of the “Deep State.” As long as there is no real identification of the entity or its membership it doesn’t really pose any danger to anyone anywhere and no one is forced to defend themselves or their actions. My suggestion is to nominate appropriate individuals for inclusion of their names as charter members of the “Deep State” and see what happens. Imagine opening up the morning paper or listening to the morning talk shows only to find that you (the named charter member) are now considered to be attached to the organization which has, up to now, been anonymously engaged in the low life activities of the Swamp denizens common known as the “Deep State!”
So fellow Freepers here is your opportunity to include the names of those individuals you consider to be qualified, by words or actions, in the annals of the “Deep State.” Have fun!

His advisor last week used the ‘Deep State’ label several times in an interview with Chris Wallace who is owned by Deep State mobsters controlling the Mocking Bird messengers and mobster minions. Sounds conspiratorial but it’s true.
The Weathermen Underground Organization (WUO) is still active with Bill Ayers still a member. There is a deep dive investigation taking place of their current sleeper status and their infiltration of the US Govt.

There is a ‘shadow’ government, led by communists and globalists which all are allegiant to S O R O S.......................
Who is the Deep State? Anyone in a position to use their government office to do favors for people, from whom they expect remuneration, or a later job when they retire from government.
Over time, the wealthy and powerful accumulate “connections” to people in government, who can be tapped on to do favors as needed. It is this web of connections and favor-trading which we call the Deep State.
As just one example, how much would it be worth to a hedge fund manager trading $billions, to have even a few hours “heads up” on some impending regulation, or news of some foreign development?
One way to reduce the power of the Deep State is to end life-long government employment. If government officials got replaced with each change of administration, it would be harder to accumulate connections.

I agree with your statement of “The deep state is anyone/everyone in the government for longer than ten years.” It is also the bureaucracy that has become entrenched and especially those partisan political appointees who managed to become civil servants, but still believe in their allegiance to the politician/party that appointed them, rather than being neutral to the party in power now that the are “civil servants.”
