Multiple sources tonight tell me Ruth Bader Ginsburg is not even in DC, but in New York and preparing to step down from the Supreme Court.

Of what I have seen of his list the “liberal” judge was Kavanaugh. The next one (a woman!) is very old Constitutional School. Remember the Federalist Society helped him put this list together.

Does anyone here think he’ll verge from the Federalist Papers list of judges? Why should he? A business man wants to be consistent and clear, and staying true to his plan for SCOTUS picks from the FPs makes sense.

Sorry, but I’m calling BS on this. RBG is not resigning while Trump is president. She may die. But she will never resign while he is in office. Beyond which I did some quick checking and nobody else is running with this. If it were true this would be all over the news (if for no other reason that to start the hysterical response from the left).
The Doctor and the family may have put her in Hospice and that would have triggered something to Roberts and Trump. Hard to cover-up being in a Coma.
I don’t think McConnell would have had the resolve to ice a Ginsberg replacement.
She is like your typical liberal that is so power hungry that she ignores the future for her own self interest.
Trump may have three more picks before he leaves office.

He’s vetted at least 3 or 4 candidates. Would make no sense to add a new liberal to the pack.
