Thanks for the hat tip.
The Clintoons and the bisexual governor of Oregon are old/close associates. Btw, shouldn't being bisexual go hand in hand with infidelity? Birds of a feather...

According to
this article:
"Ryan Payne has from the beginning driven plans for the surprise takeover of the bird sanctuary"
Who is Ryan Payne?
From the article:
Payne's critics consider him an extremist.... Among them is Scott Woods, a militia leader from West Virginia who said Payne's behavior as the militia coordinator at the Bundy ranch gave him pause when he heard Bundy and Payne's call to action in Oregon.
"He absolutely did not want the situation up there at the Bundy ranch to end," Woods said. "He was doing everything he could to stir things up when they were de-escalating."
Payne rejects most criticism as "psyops" - the psychological operations of the federal agents sowing discord among the people who see the current scope of the federal government as a violation of their God-given rights.
Who is Ryan Payne? Is he a Fed plant? ATF? FBI? Or what he claims to be?

Who did the forcing?
Feds?
Self paranoia from mis-conceived interpretation of events, as pumped by the media?

Obama is orhestrating the largest ‘wag the dog’ showdown here as possible. After several weeks of extra rope for militia members to ‘hang themselves’ with [legally speaking] — hoping some of them would do some wacko things in the atmosphere of anarchy to help smear them.
And good point. Their meddling with local homes might help suppress information to have people there displaced with gag orders due to the sensitive nature of ongoing investigations. Handy excuse.

Warrants make exceptions to where law enforcement can be located.
The real sleaze is ...
Clintons + uranium + Russia = Oregon land grab.

Yeah, the guy is a bore.
Most likely he only brought this to the forefront to promote himself.
(But it is excellent info to get out there.)
Lots of popup videos (that self start and cannot be paused etc) and ads.

a Department of Interior employee based in the area said in an email. "Weâre forced to move out of our homes and out of our town,..."Where do they get the authority to do that? Are all FedMob employees subject to whatever orders a Fed LE agency gives them?

That would be BLM and Refuge.
Probably were told that they were potential targets for the Militia by the Feds and maybe Sherrif.
Don’t know how they were ‘forced’. By the FBI or BLM bosses with some threat (no legal basis), or in their own head the Militia ‘forced’ them.

OK, I can see that scenario now. The FBI asks for a favor from a BLM honcho who does have the authority to, or maybe more accurately the leverage to, make his employee comply.
The employee didn’t seem too concerned about it though or he wouldn’t be complaining.
Thanks for the insight on that.

Too late, that correlation has already destroyed my ‘conjuring up’ gene.
forever more I will confuse the answer to the question..

I’m no lawyer, but I would guess two possible ways ...
bogus ‘hot pursuit’
or a bogus warrant.
But there was also a claim of terrorism as a way for more federal powers. A terrorism claim is normally never publicized.

I saw the speech Donald Trump gave last night.
It was a great speech, everyone was very excited.
He spoke about eminent domain, and said how he didn't really love it, but was for it.
Because how else could you build a bridge or a road, or a pipeline.
He said that of course that pipeline would have to go through people's backyards, and farms, (he didn't mention ranches, but I will) and so on.
He didn't mention the other reasons they legally steal people's land, like to build another soccer field for a school, or another school, or a casino, or low cost housing, hotels etc.
And he also said that the land owners were paid excellent amounts for their land taken from them,.
Which isn't always the case, and really avoids the fact that they are legally stealing someone's land.
I'm against eminent domain.
These ranchers, the farmers, and regular people don't stand a chance against anyone using the king's laws against them.
After all, the kings and their courts wrote them.

Unfortunately the Government doesn’t have the best interest in mind for the citizens and our Constitutional Republic.
Originally they worked for us, not the moneyed elite.
Trump looks like he won’t follow the status quo and instead will do all he can to put the power back with the people instead of the political manipulators.
