  • CIA refuses to say whether it framed Russia for leaked DNC emails; FBI apparently ignored Seth Rich’s laptop

    01/14/2021 4:58:38 PM PST · by TigerClaws · 22 replies
The Central Intelligence Agency will neither confirm nor deny that it fabricated the Russian “fingerprints” in Democratic National Committee emails published in 2016 by Wikileaks and “Guccifer 2.0.”, and the FBI implicitly acknowledged today that it never reviewed the contents of DNC employee Seth Rich’s laptop despite gaining custody of the laptop after his murder. The revelations came in two separate Freedom of Information Act lawsuits filed by my clients in the Eastern District of Texas. For those of you who live under a rock, Wikileaks founder Julian Assange strongly inferred in a 2016 interview that the leaked DNC emails...

BREAKING: @PatrickByrne, former CEO of Overstock.com, claims that he was complicit in facilitating a bribe for Hillary Clinton in the amount of $18M [on behalf of the FBI] in January, 2016. The bribe, which she accepted, was then going to be used by members of the Obama

An email previously released by WikiLeaks reveals that a Dominion Voting advisor met with John Podesta during Hillary Clinton’s campaign to discuss ways that they could help to defeat Donald Trump. In 2018, Dominion Voting announced that it had been acquired by its management team and Staple Street Capital, a New York-based private equity firm, who was being advised by Kirkland & Ellis LLP. During Clinton’s campaign, according to an email chain released by WikiLeaks, Kirkland & Ellis LLP partner Kamran S. Bajwa met with John Podesta while offering “anything” to help defeat Donald Trump. Podesta, at the time, was...
  • Chelsea Clinton ‘hated’ her father’s ex-chief aide, Doug Band, report claims

    NY Post ^ | 12/02/2020 | Kenneth Garger
Chelsea Clinton reportedly grew to despise her father’s longtime former right-hand man, Doug Band, whom she felt was more like a son to the former president than his chief aide. The two were not always estranged — at times treating each other as family. But the relationship, Band told Vanity Fair, imploded when Chelsea Clinton in 2011 demanded ownership in the corporate advisory firm he founded after he left the former president’s side. Band told the magazine that Chelsea sought the stake in his company, Teneo, for herself and her husband, Marc Mezvinsky, instead of Band’s previous $2.5 million offer...
  • Doug Band is shocked — shocked! — to discover the Clintons are slimy

Et tú, Doug Band? In a stunning political and personal betrayal, Bill Clinton’s erstwhile consigliere has spilled his guts to Vanity Fair. It’s impossible to look away. “Confessions of a Clintonworld Exile,” by its very existence, proves beyond a doubt that the Clintons have lost whatever waning political capital remained. Consider that, at the height of their powers, Clinton loyalists would sooner go to prison (as Susan McDougal did, 18 months served, eight months of those in solitary) rather than compromise the ever-comprised Clintons. Bill must have done something very, very bad — worse than his usual self-dealing and pathological...

Right now, Barr DOJ protecting Hillary Clinton directly and trying to shutdown all @JudicialWatch Clinton email discovery and suits, holding up release of Obamagate emails/texts of Page/Strzok/McCabe. Outrageous. @RealDonaldTrump should issue an emergency transparency order.

Chelsea Clinton said supporters of President Donald Trump chanted "lock her up" outside her parents' home on Sunday. Dozens of Trump supporters marched past the home of former President Bill Clinton and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton in upstate New York on Sunday afternoon, LoHud.com reported. They played music, honked horns and shouted through megaphones outside the residence in Chappaqua. Chelsea Clinton tweeted about the incident at around 5 p.m., noting that the people were chanting a slogan that was used against her mother during the 2016 presidential campaign. She also added that she hoped those in the crowd...

A U.S. appeals court on Monday dealt Ghislaine Maxwell a blow by refusing to block the release of a deposition she gave concerning her relationship with the late financier and registered sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. The 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Manhattan said there was a presumption the public had a right to see Maxwell’s 418-page deposition, which was taken in April 2016 for a now-settled civil defamation lawsuit against her. In an unsigned order, the court also said U.S. District Judge Loretta Preska in Manhattan did not abuse her discretion in rejecting Maxwell’s “meritless arguments” that her...

I looked all over FreeRepublic, and couldn't find anything on Larry's passing. I just happened to stumble upon it a few minutes ago myself on Larry's YouTube channel. Larry was a good guy who spent years fighting against the Clintons every which way he could. Even throughout his long illness, he still fought. May God rest his soul and bring comfort and peace to his family.

**SNIP** “Madam Secretary, thank you again for being here. I almost hesitate to ask you your reaction to [Republicans] doing this, but I must,” Maddow asked. “Sure, why not, I mean, it is a sign of such desperation by the Republicans,” Clinton said. “It also is a reminder that Donald Trump knows that the Russians helped him win in 2016 and that is almost the biggest reason he wants to go back to it time and time again, because he can’t come to grips with the fact that there will always be an air of illegitimacy around the 2016 campaign.”...

Yesterday, the New York Times published 10,000 empty words on Donald Trump’s taxes, a barrage of self-inflicted wounds gutting the integrity of the editorial staff and management of this publicly traded, yet family influenced company. Yet it was not an effective indictment of any Trump family member. It is not a crime to offset losses against income, a fact that has been true for decades. And, it is profit-seeking businesses, and their owners and employees that produce the bulk of taxable income, yielding revenue needed to defray expenses of government. Over decades, generations of Trumps employed thousands of New Yorkers...
  • Exposed: FBI Director James Comey’s Clinton Foundation Connection (FLASHBACK 10 Sep 2016)

A review of FBI Director James Comey’s professional history and relationships shows that the Obama cabinet leader — now under fire for his handling of the investigation of Hillary Clinton — is deeply entrenched in the big-money cronyism culture of Washington, D.C. His personal and professional relationships — all undisclosed as he announced the Bureau would not prosecute Clinton — reinforce bipartisan concerns that he may have politicized the criminal probe. These concerns focus on millions of dollars that Comey accepted from a Clinton Foundation defense contractor, Comey’s former membership on a Clinton Foundation corporate partner’s board, and his surprising...

I don’t remember where I was when my dad nominated Ruth Bader Ginsburg to the Supreme Court, but I do remember how I felt: very excited and a little surprised. This was 1993. I was thirteen years old. In elementary school, I had learned about Sandra Day O’Connor, who had been confirmed twelve years earlier as the first woman justice of the Supreme Court. But until Ruth Bader Ginsburg, I didn’t realize so many years had passed without there being a second. I was like this as a kid. I believed the world was fairer than it was. Which is...

U.S. Attorney John Durham is investigating the handling of the FBI’s investigation of possible bribery and pay-to-play at the Clinton Foundation as part of his broader inquiry of the Trump-Russia investigators, according to a new report. The New York Times reported Thursday that Durham “has sought documents and interviews about how federal law enforcement officials handled an investigation … into allegations of political corruption” at the Clinton Foundation, founded by former President Bill Clinton and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. Durham was picked by Attorney General William Barr in 2019 to investigate the origins and conduct of the Trump-Russia...

Bill Clinton secretly met socialite-turned-accused sex-trafficker Ghislaine Maxwell for an “intimate” dinner in 2014 — well after reports that she and perv pal Jeffrey Epstein had abused at least one teen, a report said Tuesday. The former president joined Maxwell — who is now cooling her heels in a Brooklyn jail cell on charges involving the alleged sex abuse of young women — and a small group of friends for the meal in Los Angeles after a celebrity gala that February, sources told the Daily Beast. “This is an intimate dinner with Clinton in LA,” an aghast source told the...

Logs for every flight made by Jeffrey Epstein’s aircraft over 21 years have been subpoenaed, “sparking panic” among his rich and famous pals. The Attorney General for the US Virgin Islands, where Epstein had a home, has demanded logs for his four helicopters and three planes, from 1998 to his suicide last year. Denise George has filed a lawsuit against Epstein’s estate, alleging 22 counts, including aggravated rape, child abuse and neglect, human trafficking, forced labour and prostitution. As well as the passenger lists, Ms George is seeking any “complaints or reports of potentially suspicious conduct” and any personal notes...

New details have emerged about 2016’s "October Surprise," during which the FBI found emails belonging to former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton on disgraced New York Rep. Anthony Weiner’s laptop, with the FBI official who found the emails speaking out for the first time. FBI agent John Robertson, who worked in its New York office’s child sex crimes unit and was later cited (though not named) in Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz’s 2018 report on the handling of the investigation of Clinton's unauthorized private email server, spoke with the Washington Post’s Devin Barrett for his upcoming book, October Surprise:...
