A federal judge on Thursday blocked the Trump Administration from revoking the legal status of international students nationwide while their legal challenges are going through the court system.
According to the AP, California-based US District Judge Jeffrey White, a George W. Bush appointee, said Trump’s immigration actions “wreaked havoc not only on the lives of Plaintiffs here but on similarly situated F-1 nonimmigrants across the United States and continues do so.”

The State Department gives out visas and has the power to revoke them.
These judges are being controlled.
The entire student visa program should be reduced to a few 100 people. Its mostly a way for schools to make more money since foreigners pay more for tuition.

Whether that’s true or not is none of your concern, Judge White. Your only concern is whether or not it’s legal. The people, through their representatives, Congress and the President, get to decide policy, not the courts.
rogue judges need to be fired and barred from any federal job permanently. then prosecuter for obstruction federal employees from doing their jobs. off to their gulag in d.c. give them the full j6 treatment.
