As President Obama prepares to announce new executive actions on gun control Monday, a newly released Gallup Poll shows that "guns/gun control" ranked near the bottom of Americans' most pressing concerns in 2015.
In fact, guns/gun control ranked 19th out of 23 top problems facing the country last year.

2% apparently are so out of touch with reality that they don’t realize we already have more than 20,000 ‘gun control’ laws on the books- just how many ‘gun control laws’ do they think we need?
This should be a required question in every poll asking about ‘gun control’ “Do you realize we already have more than 20,000 ‘gun control laws’ already on the books?”
It’s just a middle finger poke to America. Meanwhile, Law enforcement across the USA have begun to tell us to arm ourselves. Who do you trust more?
That being the case, anyone who shows up at Baraq’s phony CNN “townhall” demanding more gun control — is either a plant or a kook.
And this is what the pres will spend “political capital” on, where he will send time in a rare presidential town hall event.
Of all the issues we could have a town hall about, he picks guns.

guns and gun control are two different positions yet its lumped together to get 2%?
I've got this one figured out.
Democrats KNOW gun control laws don't work. They know it - no doubt. Democrats make these laws - all twenty thousand of them - to fool the black community into thinking 'they're doing something'.
It's a con. The black vote props up white liberal elites. The black community's being played for fools.
Very similar to the con the GOPe did for years passing laws to 'protect the border' when the only part enforced was to allow more illegals to become citizens.
We fell for it for years.
Washington elites play the people for fools... all of us. Elites in both parties con citizens. These phony baloney 'laws' exist to get us to 'look at something shiny' while elites do the 'real' work of legislating... padding their own pockets and getting reelected.

I am getting more concerned by the day.
This “gun violence” focus of the administration is hiding something.
What have they done that they don’t want America to look at?
They do polls and focus groups. So, what do I smell Cookin’?

My top three priorities are: Immigration (NO Amnesty!), guns (NO gun control), and Obamacare (NOT replace, just repeal). If Americans lose on even one of those three issues, America as a free country will die, and there will be no chance of recovery. Ever.
IIRC, his majesty tried the same thing after Sandy hook and it went nowhere...
My guess is that it will be all manner of talk without specifics to be followed up with specifics at the “The appropriate time”......
...meaning right after a mass shooting in a “Gun-Free” zone...
