Breitbart News has obtained a promotional booklet produced in 1991 by Barack Obama's then-literary agency, Acton & Dystel, which touts Obama as "born in Kenya and raised in Indonesia and Hawaii."

You probably think that you’re a really crafty liar, but you are really just the common garden variety.
Give up!
Your constant twisting of reality and shreading of logic are painful to behold.
To create a diversion for Obama.
If it is just about Obama, ture enough. But for the demographic reasons I have cited, we really do need a definitive ruling for the future. With 40 million foreign born (1 in 8 residents of this country,) a number that will grow until by 2050 one in five will be foreign born, the chances are we will have more instances to worry about. Jindal and Rubio are two that come to mine right now. And then there are the 300,000 to 400,000 anchor babies born each year plus the many more children born to US citizens overseas.
No, I grabbed the ‘blue sky’ analogy out of thin air. (no pun intended) I am literally very glad I didn’t have more coffee in my mouth when I saw your post. So now a large segment of the population will never believe that blood is blue.
But there is/was a residency stipulation and his mother didn’t meet the qualification because she wasn’t old enough (5 years after 14th birthday and she was only 4 or less years after her 14th birthday).
First Elizabeth, now Barry, both lying to Harvard to gain admission and prestige.
Harvard is supporting these two fools.
Harvard’s reputation, in my estimation, is taking a hit.
This soil’s the reputation of every Harvard Grad.
Went out to grab what could ... who knows it all may disappear ... have not looked it all over ... hoping many others are busy doing the looking too. There may be nothing there ... who knows. Though it is called vetting.
Thanks! I’ll check it out.
Thanks. I was really hoping that Bill Ayers was also a client of theirs. That would’ve been a kick.
Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 of the United States Constitution is NOT the Law of Nations.
Children born of U.S. citizens overseas are considered ctizens BUT are not naturl born citizens.
NBC is only an eligibility requirement to be President - not a type of citizenship recognized by the U.S.government.
I have said that the Tribe-Olson had no force of law nor did the Senate Resolution that declared McCain eligible to run for the Presidency. They are just opinions. Obama and McCain ran for the Presidency in 2008. Obama was elected. So how the Hell did Miner v. Happerset have any impact?
Obama is running again for reelection. So how are you going to stop him? Citing your opinion on his eligibilty? The only way that Obama can be ruled ineligible to run is thru the courts. So far, every court challenge has failed.
Since the linked thread was about another ballot access lawsuit by Mario Apuzzo, this time in New Jersey, perhaps he can introduce the new information in that case and see where it leads.
If not, then it's up to sites like this one to put the thought in the minds of the readers that Obama is illegitimate.
At the very least, it seems to have slowed down talk of Rubio or Jindal for the VP slot, and it's taken the wind out of the sails of the more active NBC trolls.

What will you conclude if Fox never runs with this story?
I don't understand. What am I supposed to see there?

Yessss!
At any rate; Chin's opinion is interesting food for thought and nothing more. It is not some leftist's wild attempt to twist the law as was suggested above.
I thought mack daddy's daddy was a goat herder.
Also, found this from August 2004 on FR no less:
Columnist Says Barack Obama 'Lied To The American People;' Asks Publisher to Withdraw Obama's Book
FReepers knew this guy was a liar and a radical from 2004. Eight years later and three and a half years into his Presidency, people aka sheeple are just figuring out he's a liar, fraud, and radical. Pretty damned sad! Pretty damned sad our country has been nearly destroyed by people unwilling to do a tiny bit of homework!
P.S. If anyone wants to hear more about this "latest" discovery, listen to Peter Boyles tomorrow morning. He's in Denver and will be on it like white on rice. He regularly has all the "Obama is a Fraud" people on like Jack Cashill, Jerome Corsi, Rev. Manning et. al.
He's on 630KHOW in Denver from 5 a.m. to 9 a.m. mountain time. I can't wait!
Dynachrome, are you going to be listening to Boyles tomorrow? I CAN'T WAIT!
That is your opinion, not fact. We do know that John McCain ran for the Presidency. So was he ineligible because you said so?
Here is a different opinion:
The Constitution does not define the meaning of natural born Citizen. The U.S. Supreme Court gives meaning to terms that are not expressly defined in the Constitution by looking to the context in which those terms are used; to statutes enacted by the First Congress, Marsh v. Chambers, 463 U.S. 783, 790-91 (1983); and to the common law at the time of the Founding. United Suites v. Wong Kim Ark, 169 U.S. 649, 655 (1898). These sources all confirm that the phrase natural born includes both birth abroad to parents who were citizens, and birth within a nations territory and allegiance. Thus, regardless of the sovereign status of the Panama Canal Zone at the time of Senator McCains birth, he is a natural born citizen because he was born to parents who were U.S. citizens.
And there is also this possibility I discovered from a UK ‘Mail Online’ reader comment:
Well, this means that according to the British Nationality Act of 1948,he was a subject of the Crown at the time...and probably still is for that matter....isn’t there somebody in the Crown Prosecution Service who is sharp enough to find some way to extradite him to London to stand trial in Queen’s Bench for conspiracy to defraud the entire bloody world or something?
Winston Churchill would get Ultimate Revenge. The Queen too for having to suffer through The One’s speeches on his ipod gift to her.
It has never been cited by the courts in connection with eligibility for the Presidency under the Constitution.
