From WND:http://www.wnd.com/2001/08/10256/ "The killing of white Afrikaner farmers in South Africa is intensifying, as members of the ethnic minority attempt to draw international attention to their plight."
I wonder if their constitution allows this. I will gladly pay for a one way ticket for Ginsberg to emigrate to whatever country she would like to park her sorry a$$ in where she could dispense her great wisdom to whoever would bother to listen to her. One condition: If she takes me up on this off, she can't come back.

Sounds like she’s losing it.

This from a moron on the Supreme Court who holds our lives in the balance ruling on that very Constitution she despises.
Don’t worry Ruthie, in another year or so, Egypt won’t be worrying about ANY “Constitution” once the Islamist lunatics take over completely.

The major flaw in our Constitution is that those who get to decide what it means don’t bother to read the actual words. Ginsberg has a point, what little she knows of our Constitution is not terribly impressive.

IMHO, she never had it. Just another America-hating leftist who continues to undermine our cherished freedoms.

This is what happens when you put an ACLU lawyer on the Supreme Court.
To: DonaldC
It shows great insight into her thinking as she interprets our Constitution. Human rights, as she understands it, does not mean what our Founders meant. It probably includes homosexual rights, and womens rights, but probably not freedom of religion as Madison, for instance, understood that. Probably it is even different from the UN Declaration of Rights from 1948.

The ACLU hater shows her true Leninist leanings.
She deserves a cell, not a robe.
Shame on the GOP for not stopping this pox on American life to ever see the bench.

Well I guess ours COULD be better - add amendments for Term Limits and Balanced Budgets, plus stiff penalties for willfully violating The Constitution - are you listening Hussein?

I’m not. Everyday I pray that dried up harpie lives 15 minutes past Newt’s swearing in ceremony.

This is not news. She is simply being honest regarding what she and the other Liberal Justices think of the Constitution.

One of the nine Supreme Court justices, whose job is to uphold the Constitution and make rulings in accord with it, thinks it’s a bad model. For that alone, she ought to be removed.

It does indeed! IIRC, she is the one who invokes foreign law most frequently in her opinions. So much for her oath of office!
