Amidst riots in central Europe that have now spread to London and a debt downgrade that threatens to plunge the United States into a double-dip recession, Americans lack of confidence in their leadership is so crippled that they are now pre-revolutionary, according to pollster Pat Caddell.
A new Rasmussen poll shows that just 17 per cent of Americans believe that the U.S. government has the consent of the governed, an all time low. This dovetails with a record low for Congress approval rating, which stands at a paltry 6 per cent, while 46 per cent of Americans think most members of Congress are corrupt, with just 29% believing otherwise.
The number of voters who feel the government has the consent of the governed a foundational principle, contained in the Declaration of Independence is down from 23% in early May and has fallen to its lowest level measured yet, according to Rasmussen.
The poll was conducted before Fridays U.S. debt downgrade, indicating that the figures could be even more dire in the aftermath of what some analysts believe is a precursor to a new great depression.
The results of this survey indicate that Americans are now pre-revolutionary says pollster Pat Caddell, who described the outcome of the poll as unprecedented.
This conclusion follows Caddells observation last November that a sea of anger is churning amongst Americans who want to take their country back and that the nation stood on the brink of a pre-revolutionary moment.

Lexington Green was a tactical mistake. Under 100 militia standing in line (who weren’t actually expecting to really go into combat) against 700 British regulars whose entire modus operandi was, well, standing in line and firing by ranks - not brilliant. However, most figured out that this was a bad idea and fled before they took many casualties.
However, Concord was another matter entirely. The outnumbered British troops got hit by a numerically superior militia force and they ran like hell despite light casualties.
After that, some Americans stopped playing by the straight-up European battle rules and did what we’d consider common sense these days - they ambushed the Brits from cover and concealment, sniped at them, and basically refused to fight by the ‘rules’ that favored their opponents with usually favorable outcomes. Others gathered in large groups and fought conventionally with mixed results. The British fled, bleeding and staggering, all the way back to Charleston, MA.
Moral of story - don’t play by your enemy’s rules.
My bags are packed...
It turned out worse for the regulars on their way back through later that afternoon.
Count me in! I have America’s back! Remember our fallen Americans’ and bring this Country back under the Constitution where it belongs!

Someone posted on facebook a video from a guy positing that Prezbo’s Civilian Security Force was funded in the healthcare bill and that units are already being put together. Have you heard about this?
That was such a great and glorious day. I’m glad I was there to see it.
Don’t count on it.
How do you think Ike and Patton got to be Generals, and MacArthur got to be supreme commander?
Google “bonus army”

There is some truth to this. Remember, there is no presidential guard and the military is conservative (that is why they believe it imperative to get gays in there to dilute it). So the Civilian Security Force is whatever social justice community organizing group they can sling together - some are in Obamacare. Later you morph those into block watchers or whatever. So, yeah, not to get too paranoid, they are in there.
I don’t need to win the fight, I just need to take five or six with me. I’m in my sixties, and dying for the Constitution is not the worst fate I can imagine.
Perhaps. But it turned out very well for the United States of America. Patriotism has its risks... At this point, if you are not ready to take the risk, you had better be well armed and prepared (or, off-shore). The losers in this one will make 1945 look like a cake-walk...
Tried again to see message FR returns, see next two lines below....

Maybe it is none of business why and I have no intention of starting any trouble at FR over this, just curious why it is banned.
You're right, he has it backwards. It should read "Our confidence in our leadership...". It's like an "I could care less" remark...
It's not the downgrade that is doing it, that is just the messenger not the cause.
So, next year I expect to see a landslide defeat of Obama, EVERY Democrat and RINO, up for reelection, tossed out and a leaner meaner budget in DC.
Look, is that a unicorn?
You can’t really say that. Do you think things went well for the patriots in the 1930s?
So, who are the rebels, the Constitutionalists or the violators?
