There is some truth to this. Remember, there is no presidential guard and the military is conservative (that is why they believe it imperative to get gays in there to dilute it). So the Civilian Security Force is whatever social justice community organizing group they can sling together - some are in Obamacare. Later you morph those into block watchers or whatever. So, yeah, not to get too paranoid, they are in there.
